The hotel is very nice room and service is very good if you want to book function hall in it and do any function please it is very small up to 50 people but the place is very good for function for more than that it will be a lot of trouble overall hotel accommodation is very good for them

The room is small for ₹1800. I found a small snake in the toilet. Hot water is unavailable at night time during the rainy season. But the staff is polite and professional.

What was really going on guys. Lot of disturbance at that night till .1:30 night. Were you people banging doors, and walls at this night for what good!! Literally you ruined our stay first day itself. Very bad unsecure place. Regretting. Please behave yourself and learn how to treat the residents. Such a torturous sounds at night !! What are you people upto?

Good rooms and well maintained. Nearby to the train station, by walk just 5 mins. In a crowded place so parking is a difficulty,very few food options available. Service-wise no complaints. Not a wheel chair friendly, only one elevator available.

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are visiting Khammam by public transport. It is at walking distance from both the railway station and the bus stand. The rooms are good and the staff is cooperative. At present they do not have a dine in facility and the food is only served in your room. The breakfast that I received was cold. It is not the best place to stay at Khammam but is a good enough alternative of the other hotels are occupied.

Clean and decent rooms. Near the Railway station. Was here for 2 weeks. 1) Food is expensive if ordered from their attached restaurant. Would suggest lodgers to go to restaurants near railway station 5 Minutes walking distance away 2)Service Boys are conniving basterds who will try to make money by fooling u. Always call the reception manager before you pay any food bills to them. Overall all a cheap hotel worth the money

Its a nice hotel with good services rates are as followos For a/c room Rs- 1400/- For delux room Rs- 1750/- For super deluxe Room Rs-2100/- With 5% taxes extra. Worth living here as its just 5 mins walkable from bus stand as well railway station...nice hotel i liked it... Services could have been much faster hence 4 star.

Standard rooms are very costly with respect to space and quality. We got a horribly small room for 1400bucks/night that too with no ambiance light unless you keep the main door wide open. Upon multiple requests the receptionist did not show us any other single room. With that money we get better and bigger rooms even in big cities like Hyderabad/Pune. One small narrow window is facing to another room and hence zero light or air circulation. AC noise was bad throughout the night.Bathroom is taking 1/3rd of the total room space and does not have an exhaust. Net covered window is again facing towards another room/corridor thus we felt very suffocating inside room. One room light was not working even when they changed. A completely damp and wet door-mat was kept inside room until we asked to change it. If standard room is like that then don't know how would be there economy room.||The government Haritha hotels in few cities are charging less but giving greater comfort and space.||||This one is good for half a day stay or night stay for party guests but not recommended for travelers unless u r not getting any other hotel. Only good furnitures and attractive exteriors are not good enough unless the comfort level is up to the price level.
