Very cheap services, dirty rooms and bed sheets, not even respond when we call for the services and they didn't even gave AC Remote for me when i check in, and the receptionist is very rude with me when ask for the services they didn't give, didn't even announced for check-out and shouted on us for late check-out...

The hotel was average , the staff was decent although doesn't got to interact with someone. There was no telephone in the room to connect with staff or reception in case of emergency. The room was average according to the amount as if you will search manually you will find better deals than this one. There were cockroaches in the room behind the tv and cupboard.

The owner will never negotiate for any price. Even if you negotiate he will just say yes and fill the invoice with the real rate of the room and will then say you can see what i have written pls pay the same. Room quality are not upto the mark as compared to other hotels only plus is there is free wifi and near to city centre.

Worst hotel experience ever in my life. Service Issue, Room Issue, Mosquito/Insects/bugs are available with you. We demand for all-out but they ignored and not interested. Wi-Fi also not working signal available only for show piece. Room quality was like third class, side table was damaged, walls are sealing, bathroom condition was worst, continue water dropping, wash basin also damaged, bathroom covering with bad smell. Manager behavior was arrogant and not responding properly. They don't care for your stay after allocated the room.

Have never seen such a arrogant staff in my life very rude , recieving guests in the reception also very bad , food they have brought is spoiled one, but only the thing i really appreciate is asking about hotel through phone call really polite

For the price, the rooms were nice and clean. The staff were really helpful. The location is fantastic as well. Walking distance from market and old bus stand.

they asked me to pay more for AC room after booking an AC Room and even paid that amount in the app itself at the time of booking. Bathroom was open and is visible to each and everyone in the open sky. No WiFi provided. No number provided for any room service. Even OYO customer service didn't support me while I called them during check inn.
