I thoroughly satisfied my stay at the hotel Minerva Grand JBS. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure, I had a pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was friendly and professional. I really appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate my needs. Overall, it was a fantastic stay thanks to the great service and hospitality provided by the hotel staff especially ASHWAK. I look forward to returning in the future! Rooms were neat and tidy. Receptionist Ashwak received very well and gave fair discount on the room prices. Service staff are also corperative.

Good hygiene room with no spell with nice ambience … unprofessional staff forced to check out early than stipulated time…Poor hospitality treated us like low class people not setting foot off again

The only pro about this hotel is its location. Other than that, the rooms are pathetic. 0 maintenance. Worst service by the staff ... bathrooms are smelly and extremely unclean ..
