Service is given 0 because of crude and unnecessary hassle of management and staff. We decided to check out a day early due to unhygienic bathrooms, but the management had plans to charge us for one extra day. Unfortunately that wasn’t to happen as we decided to ask for hotel guidelines and receipts for our stay which proved we were within the guidelines of early notification to not continue stay (before 10am).

I booked this hotel with a request for an early check-in. They asked me to pay 0-30% extra for the early check-in. I was ready to do that but after reaching the hotel, the receptionist asked for more money and refused to give me the room. After calling Oyo customer care, they allowed a room that too after waiting for 2 hours. When I booked the hotel, I called Oyo and told them that I'd book the room only when the confirmed early check-in was available. They confirmed but later I faced this issue. The receptionist at the hotel was very arrogant.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel, the staff is very cooperative and friendly. The rooms are so neat and cleanly maintained, an overall budget friendly hotel with utmost satisfaction 👍

This Hotel is charging more extra money after arrival of guest in spite of prepaid online booking. This is totally blackmailing outsiders, takes the benefit of the helplessness of travellers.
