Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Hotel! Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I must warn others to avoid it at all costs. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the room lacked basic amenities like: - Water bottles - Plates - Cleaning services But that's not all - the entire property reeked of a terrible smell, and mosquitoes were everywhere! The bathroom was gross, with: - No bathroom amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.) - Unhygienic conditions - Unacceptable state of cleanliness To make matters worse, I booked an AC room, but the receptionist tried to give me a non-AC room, claiming the AC wasn't working. They even had the audacity to say that the amount I paid was less, so I didn't deserve an AC room! This is unacceptable and a clear case of false advertising. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews and photos on Google and Fab app. The reality is far from what's advertised. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a comfortable stay.

Very shabby and unsafe place to stay, the hotel presentation on Agoda still refers to it as part of Treebo but it is no longer the case (Fab hotel is the new franchise). The room was so disgusting, the sheets hadn’t been changed in ages, the bathroom was dirty. There some construction noise at night as well, staff would speak super loudly in the corridors. The Hotel doors are never closed, staff sleeps under bedsheets on sofa at the reception. Avoid at all costs.

. The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of major attractions and vibrant nightlife. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide array of delicious options to start the day. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail throughout my stay. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and will be my go-to choice for future visits.

Never stay if you're going with a family. Outer Appearance is very good, but rooms are worst. They charge for complimentary breakfast, but they'll say delivery person didn't arrive or no hotels are available. Attitude of morning staff was very rude. Only good thing was the location.

Overall it is fantastic experience for me. The checkin was quite smooth and they helped me with early checkin as well. The room service is available with just a single call. Room is super claen and specious. Hetel team helped me with nearby attractions as well. Must visit the property once.

Dont go here. I valued 'Treebo' name that carries but was very disappointed. Third class building. We reached at 8am but the reception was dark. Manager sleeping on guest sofa. When he woke up first thing he asked is Rs700 extra for early check-in. When we visited the room, it was dingy and dark. Toilet flush was not working.

Atleast 20 minutes from any good popular place. The rooms are dingy and smell of cigarettes. The service is actually the worst. Every other treebo gives number of water bottles proportional to guests while this place just assumed one water bottle is enough for a family of three even if we pay competitively to other treebo. There is rain water near the lift and inside the industrial age lift. Breakfast options are extremely limited - so if you have any health issues consider yourself not provided the complementary breakfast or dead because of the insanely oily food they procure and serve. U fortunately you cannot blame the workers here, it's the owner / manager 's obscene policies that make this place the worst to stay at even if we stayed transit. Crazy unworthy price.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable. I would recommend to others also
