Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hotel Varkala Ramiyah, Donthanpally, Hyderabad I regret to share my recent experience at Hotel Varkala Ramiyah in Donthanpally, Hyderabad, which was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arriving at the hotel, we encountered an unprecedented level of rudeness from the hotel staff. Our online booking was inexplicably canceled, and we were charged an additional 4400 RS. To make matters worse, we were threatened with the cancellation of our pre-paid online booking unless we paid an extra 3000 RS for a two-day room stay. My father and I had to endure an agonizing 8-hour wait on the reception sofa for the manager to appear. It wasn't until 11 am that we finally got our room, and to our dismay, it was not the deluxe room with AC that we had booked. Instead, we were provided with a small, unclean room that emanated a foul odor. The bed and sheets were dirty and smelly, the room mirror was already broken, and there was no proper ventilation, forcing us to open the balcony door. This, however, invited a swarm of mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. The bathroom was equally appalling; the faucet was broken, and we had to make do with a pipe. The water pressure was so low that using the facilities became a frustrating ordeal. Surprisingly, no amenities such as soap or water bottles were provided by the hotel. Adding to the discomfort, the room was infested with ants crawling on the walls, bed, and our bags. Only one table was available, forcing us to place our bags on the floor. The soap dispenser was empty, highlighting the lack of basic hygiene. The manager, Hari Mudhiraj, demonstrated a shocking level of rudeness and arrogance. He ignored several of our calls during the night and only attended to us at 11 am, allowing us access to our room. In summary, our stay at Hotel Varkala Ramiyah was marred by poor service, unclean accommodations, false charges, and an overall lack of hospitality. I strongly advise against considering this establishment for any future visits, as our experience was far from satisfactory.

This is fraud hotel I paid 4400 for two room against booked by Oyo booked for 1778 rs. Manager told that no payment accepted by online Oyo application. If pay by online application we cancelled your booking. No any room service available in hotel like drinking water. Very bad experience I and others staying in same day... *Can't book online this hotel

FRAUD. SCAM. Please dont stay here. they are charging extra for everything and people coming for IBS for them they charge more than 1500 per person that too they wont give you room. You’ll be sharing your room with 4-5 other random people. No food is also there they legit bring you food in plastic bags and no plates are also given

This is the worst hotel I booked online 1500 rupees for 2 nights. The owner says to pay 4800 rupees for two nights two nights and share a room. When I called the customer care they talked to them like this and after hanging up they talked to me like this. The owner and staff of the hotel treated us very badly and treated us very badly.

This is a fraud hotel I booked this hotel for 1500 2nights via oyo . I paid advance 10% 170 rupees but they told that the rooms were booked and got 5000 from me. I booked only for 1500 but they cheated I would recommend not to select this hotel
