Hotel O Shannu Residency

I had a disastrous experience with this hotel's management. Despite booking 6 rooms and making an advance payment, the rooms were unhygienic and had dirty bathrooms. I strongly advise others to thoroughly inspect the rooms before making a payment, as cancellation options are limited. The lack of proper maintenance is unacceptable.

Worst service. It's very unhygienic. Rooms have very pungent odor. Bathrooms are very unclean and broken. Please visit before booking as they will only refund half or less even if the booking is for 6 rooms and even if you cancel the very next morning you made booking. I don't recommend

Title: Extremely Unpleasant Experience at the Establishment Review: My recent experience at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. I encountered several issues that made my stay unbearable. Firstly, there was no power backup, leaving me without electricity during crucial times. Secondly, there was no receptionist available at all times, making it difficult to seek assistance or address any concerns. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude, which only added to the distressing experience. Additionally, they did not accept OYO online payment, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The lack of basic amenities such as water, soap, and dirty washrooms was appalling. What's more, despite facing numerous valid reasons for a refund, they refused to provide any reimbursement. Overall, this was undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment at all costs.

Staff is so unprofessional. Staying here is one of my bad experience that I had taken in my life. Rooms are so dirty, bedsheets, pillows and washrooms are the worst. Not recommendable to others to stay here. Prices are high as living is so poor here Now Oyo will apologize for it but what the purpose of that when you are not improving your services.

We had Very pathetic experience, Very poor ambience, not hygienic. Floors and rooms were too dirty, floors were not mobbed. Broken doors. This stay in example where anyone must not look stay here.

I had bad experience in that Hotel. Rooms are very dusty and Ugly. Near by not available Properly food minimum one kilometer go for best foody. In rooms water problem is there.....

Worst hotel to stay at. If anybody finds this review don’t ever book a room here. Electricity goes out all the time. Rooms stink very badly. No water in washrooms. Rude staff, they do not even listen to your requests. Not even worth a penny of your money for the rooms.
