It is old hotel. Good location. Food is tasty. I felt little expensive for the current situation of the hotel. Always busy place. Morning buffet breakfast is good. But little restricted menu, can be improved. Spacious restaurant and good staff / Service

I am a regular visitor to this hotel and have always found it to be good (the reason why I keep coming back). Other than a very convenient location, it has spacious rooms, supportive well behaved staffs and reasonably good food. The spread and taste of buffet breakfast is excellent and one of the best attractions of the hotel. Rooms are also reasonably priced. As I mentioned that most of the staffs are good, but a special mention of the consistently excellent service of Mr Murali who is bellhop and one of the senior staffs in the hotel.

Good location and easily accessible in a safe locality. There are lot of eateries nearby and parking is available as well. The rooms and furnishings are bit older and I think there is renovation going on. Some of the locks in bathroom doors are brokeron and should check it before settling down :). There is a fitness room available as well on the 6th floor. The breakfast spread is good and delicious. There is lunch and dinner buffet available as well at reasonable price.

I had only buffet breakfast and has nice spread and tasty.Value for money.We go for breakfast when ever we are in Hyderabad as our guest is nearer to this hotel.

Worst customer support from reception staff and even thier supervisors.. No customer sensitive .. I had planned for 6 days, but due thier irresponsible team, I checked out on 3rd ( tdy ) and move to other hotel. Because of more bookings, they are unable to serve and meet customer satisfaction.

The hotel's security tried to trick me into paying for parking when there was a free lot, and they are doing it deliberately. It was such a terrible experience that I left without checking in. It's clear they don't care about how their actions affect guests. Had one of the pathetic experience just because of security in the image attached, all the security standing at the main gate doing the same, when asked about the lift provision they said they dont know since I refused using paid parking, they even said they are least bothered if I raise a complaint with the management.
