Hotel Lotus Grand

Rooms are not clean, bedsheets, blankets are very dirty. Room do not even have basic hangers, floor and walls are really dirty, bathrooms are not that clean. I found an insect in chutney in breakfast they provided.

I am a Sales and marketing person so keep on travelling in various cities.This was one of the worst hotel experience where the day starts from Restaurant customer yelling at staff for their breakfast and secondly if you order anything in room it is at the mercy of kitchen staff and in case if they give also it will take hours.To add to it people will be shocked to know that you have to fill your water on your own as they give half litre water while checkin and that's it their total water supply.Finally I checked out I missed asking for bill and they very cleverly didn't even offered bill from their side and when I called them and requested to send me the bill on WhatsApp but they bluntly denied that they cannot provide.Its a simple case of frauding on taxes.I will write to local authority also that how these thieves are saving on taxes.

Customer service by some of them is not at all good. I vacated on 18/11/24 the morning staff on duty is such a rude guy. And the checkout policy also not good. Worst behaviour by the staffs, starting for 4days they told 5k and during checkout they told to pay again 1000 . Bad experience over there

Agar aap Secunderabad jn ja rhe hai to ye hotel vha ki best hotel hai and inki service bhi best hai

If you are going to Secunderabad then this hotel is the best hotel there and its service is also the best
