Treebo Premium Metropolis

The hotel is advertised as 3 stars. Unfortunately, the standard was extremely poor. We traveled as a family of 7 accommodated in 3 rooms. We were part of a group tour. We had to be shifted to a different floor twice as the key cards were not functioning. The toilets were untidy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bath towels provided were also filthy, with one even having something that resembled dried human excreta on it. Surprisingly, they were all neatly folded and kept in the bathroom. It beats my mind how someone in the right mind can put it in a room for new guests. No wifi passwords were provided. And we were unable to connect to the internet. There was no view or any particular sites of interest nearby. We had to travel at least 1-2hr every morning to get to attractions. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences we had in terms of room cleanliness. At least it was my first time seeing human feces on the bath towels provided in a room!

Hotel rooms did not have wifi password/was not provided on checkin. The service was very poor in terms of room service. We actually had a fully folded towel in the bathroom which had a hidden gift from another tenant, pieces of poop safety wrapped up waiting to be smudged. Thankfully it was found before we used it or it might have  involved a lot more screaming and shouting than what we are planning to do. The rooms were fine but there were multiple instances where the provided keys did not work and we even had to switch rooms/floors midway because of the same. With my limited knowledge, considering it took more than an hr to travel to ramoji, im guessing the location isnt that great. And we didnt have any view from the room either. Also there was a police sweep in the middle of the night as well for some reason.. Had to provide id and open up my bags. Did not have an inconvenience but it happened.

It's a very basic hotel. Check-in - staff couldn't care less whether you are coming in or not Room - not well maintained. 5th floor room has french windows without any grills. Additionally, the door doesn't have much Safety to hold back any intruder. Safety risk. Switches and plugs aren't adequate. Also Food - was okay. Overall - Due to some legal issues, the hotel was shut down in middle of my stay. My luggage was kept outside, along with other patrons. I will definitely avoid this place for sure.

Old and Distasteful. rooms are old and somehow feels creepy and loneliness. Morning breakfast has no taste and has few options that a traveler can order. Even after paying a lot Room TV do not have all Chanelle's to browse. Room AC makes a lot of noise and needs servicing which the hotel management has ignored for years. Additional beds are not comfortable and can not fit an adult. Halls and corridors are dirty and filled with plates used after dinner and not cleaned even after a day. remember to buy water bottles as they hotel will not provide any additional bottle for drinking.

Hotel is good.rooms are cleaned but no proper maintaince.... For Events its very suitable ... Having different kind of halls .. Event Manger Fizullah brother is very friendly professional ....

Pathetic start to vacantion in Hyd.. arrognat staff and person ar reception.. entire hotel seems empty and scary... treeboo service is pathetic.. overall worst experience

Booked room for double bed but by default it choose 1 adult while booking which makes no sense tbh because if the room is of double bed obviously its ment for 2guest but even requesting for so many times still the reception guy zubair ahmed asked us to pay ₹800 extra. Dispiate i made so many calls at treebo customer care but not a legit response i got from there, this was my last stay at treebo, very dissappointed.

How your hotel management took that booking around 200 people stayed and one of the person vandalised Muthyalamma Temple near the Hotel? What kind PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is that?
