NillOur group of 120 people was very happy with the very good service, the staff was also very good, we wish all the best to Hotel Lotus Grand Secunderabad. We have stayed in this hotel four times before, but this time it was something special, there was no complaint in any room, the service was very good. I have only one suggestion that the hotel should replace the spring beds in some rooms, and keep proper arrangement of drinking water for the customers.

NillEven 1 star is more for this hotel. Very dirty hotel , room full of cockroachs.I didn't book room using any online website they tell online platform rooms and the rooms booked at reception area are different quality but it's not true all the rooms are dirty only. I should have checked rooms before check in. And the female receptionist at the reception acts like some rowdy i had first booked the room through oyo but she refused early check-in and asked me to book the rooms at reception to get early checkin after I booked the room at the reception and paid the amount she asked me to cancel the oyo booking I had made orelse the complimentary breakfast will be cancelled. I didn't understand the logic behind this. THERE ARE ALSO PEOPLE FORCING TOURIST AT RAILWAY STATION TO CHCEKIN THIS HOTEL SO BE AWARE AND DONT FALL FOR THERE WORDS.

NillReview: Disappointing Stay at "The Hotel Lotus Grand" (Booked via Booking.com – July 6, 2025) I booked this property on July 6, 2025, through Booking.com under the listing “FabHotel L Grand.” However, upon arrival, I was directed to a different property called “The Hotel Lotus Grand.” I was traveling with my family, including a one-year-old child, and had specifically requested a child-friendly room. I arrived with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon reaching the reception, I faced immediate challenges with communication. The staff at the front desk could not speak Telugu or English fluently, despite Telugu being the local language. The check-in was eventually completed, and I was asked to pay an additional ₹500 as a security deposit, which was later refunded at checkout. The room provided was extremely small and lacked basic amenities. I paid nearly ₹2,000 but received just one towel, two small Medimix soaps, and a single small bottle of water. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or dustbin. The room had a strong fungal smell, and the cleanliness was highly unsatisfactory. The bathroom tiles were stained with black mold, the toilet in Room 207 was dirty and had yellow stains, and the pillow covers appeared unchanged and unwashed. There were cockroaches in the room, and the lift was outdated, requiring manual effort to open and close. The metal components of the lift were rusted and worn out. The location of the hotel was also problematic. While there is an underground parking area, it was difficult to load or unload luggage as there was no space to stop the vehicle near the entrance. We had to park on the main road, which was very inconvenient. Moreover, the address listed on Booking.com was inaccurate. Using Uber or Rapido led us to a completely different location, causing unnecessary delays and double travel costs. The building itself was noisy and poorly maintained. A school operates on the first floor, and a bank occupies the ground floor, creating continuous disturbances. The mattress in the room was sagging and unstable, making it very uncomfortable to sleep, especially with a baby. As for the breakfast, it was overly spicy and lacked quality and taste. It was not suitable for children or international travelers. I am writing this review not out of frustration, but with the hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves their facilities and services. Travelers, regardless of their budget, deserve a clean, safe, and comfortable stay. If these issues are not addressed, it poses a serious risk to guests’ health and well-being. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel in its current state.

Horrible people and experience . Fab hotel should really select hotels as per their reputation. Audits to be conducted by them to check all above mentioned grievance of customer

Bedsheet were oily and in one of our room one with blood stain which they replaced after our complaint. With tarriff they also take 1000 as security deposit which is refundable. Overall horrible experience. I went with my family. OYO is no longer providing good hotels

NillThis is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I never give negative comments. But this is worst stay. The only positive thing is it is near the railway station, bus stand and metro. The room wallpaper was torn up, broken bathroom tile, no ceiling fan, exhaust fan not working, no water bottle provided, no toothpaste or tooth brush, 2rs clinic plus sachet as shampoo and Cockroaches in room and bathroom. Especially bathroom was too stinky and in worst condition. Ordered tea and the boy came up with a tea kettle and paper cups to serve the tea. All staff are looking for a Tip. The hotel building from outside looks good with 6 floors, the lobby and reception was neat and clean. But the room was a nightmare.

NillI recently stayed at Lotus Hotel and had a mixed experience. The reception team was welcoming and efficient, making check-in smooth and hassle-free specialy laxmi mam and Sourabh and kedar. The food was a highlight, with delicious and well-prepared meals that catered to a variety of tastes. However special ref Dev and Indrajit, the housekeeping service left something to be desired, as it was only average and could use improvement. Overall, Lotus Hotel provides a decent stay, but there’s room for enhancement in certain areas.

NillOne of the worst service i got from a Hotel. The front office staff doesn't understand any language other than Hindi, they doesn't allowed me to pay through UPI instead forced me to pay through cash. Complainted couples of times regarding washroom door not able to close. They not even bothered to rectify it. We stayed 2 nights there. They not even asked us if the room wanted to be cleaned. Also we were able to find some dried flower leftovers from previous guests from bed itself. I strongly doubt that they clean bed every time after checkout. The place is infected with cockroaches. Finally the staff there behave like they are government employees, doesn't know how to treat a customer. Kindly opt for some other hotels.
