HOTEL SVM GRAND DAIRY FARM ROAD

I got my Daughter’s Engagement Event in this hotel. All good. Hotel rooms : Superb. Only hitch is there is good lighting. Only warm lighting in all rooms. Service : Awesome. Outside food is not Allowed. Restaurant : Superb Catering : Fantastic. DECORATION : This is the worst part I got experienced. We cannot have outside decorator and the in-house decorator staff is the worst. They charge abnormal. They have quoted 1.10 lakhs for decoration and then came down to 72.5k after continuous negotiations. Even then that was very high for the agreed decoration when compared with other quotes. They promised with natural flowers but more than 50% artificial flowers were used. You have to be careful with the decorator.

one of the best restaurant I ever seen in my life. one and only restaurant branch on military dairy farm road bowenpally. Recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel , and I must say, everything was exceptional. The rooms provided the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The service was outstanding, with the staff always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, offering a variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this Hotel (SVM) for anyone looking for any kind of office meetings and weddings.Best Hygienic and healthy homely food items are available delicious yummy taste,Chines and Indian starters are no comments just feel the wow fact of an elixir every one visit the SVM .

Located in a peaceful road with greenery opposite to the building. It has multiple AC halls to host functions. I could see a good bit of parking in the cellar. Stepped to the restaurant, it was spacious and well mannered staff with someone to guide you at the reception. I liked their tea and got some time only to click the tea cup.

Amazing experience. Really good room. Had the most fun staying here. Sanjeev in the restaurant was really kind and helpful. And Sevakoti on reception was amazing as well. Everyone was really kind and nice. Also the view from the window was mind-blowing. All-over really nice experience. Highly recommend to everybody

We stayed for 2days from 11 to 13 Dec 2024 first day there was no hot water coming in bathroom tap had to inform house keeping and they brought water from other rooms in bucket That day night there was a marriage and huge noise and could not sleep only. Second day they gave use 1 towel for 2 persons and we asked. no one turned up because there was no one . I had to go to that room and bring a towel from one person sitting there .he said there was One to send . If you dial room service or house keeping no one will answer . they serve cold coffee and if you ask without sugar and it comes with sugar . No proper attention to customer needs. In breakfast no bread . He said bread exhausted . Tastes also not good. One good thing rooms are good new hotel . If you have knee pain you cannot climb the hotel as the slope to the Hotel reception is 60 degrees and it’s horrible construction. If you go to basement to climb there won’t be anyone to carry your luggage’s in lift . There also one or two steps to climb . It’s not suitable for physically disabled person. Building is not friendly for arthritis persons also. Rooms are excellent. If they improve it’s an excellent Hotel

Overall, it is a nice place to have family/friends get-togethers. We had dinner today and we were impressed with the taste of the food. The service is quick and the staff is courteous. Ambience is very good as well. I liked this beautiful place.

Overall, it was a nice place to have family/friends get-togethers. We had dinner today and we were impressed with the taste of the food. The service was quick and the staff were courteous. Ambience was good as well. I liked this place that is very close to my home and i would prefer going here for breakfast/lunch/dinner whenever possible.
