Rooms are good,cleanliness is ok & room full of mosquites.But Very very bad service from staff out there & r very commercial. They have very serious rules like not coming or going after 10.30pm in the night the gates are closed if any emergency they don't respond very fast in order to go out you need request them a lot. They say they r having a canteen or restaurant but u should be lucky enough to get served.Througout my stay the canteen was closed never opened,Incase if we ask for parcel from outside they charge you with double amount for food & transportation(auto) also they charge, I was charged 200ruppes for transport.OMG I was shocked for the charges have taken.Dont rely for food from hotel.Overall the hotel is okay but the lazy staff will ruin Your stay. Management should take a serious feedback from their guests inorder not to miss thier regular guests.

I've not been to this place. I've been to my favorite Chinese eatery known as Nanking CR. Ohh wow! The food is oh so lovely. Take your family there for a hearty feed.

Hotel rooms are neat, well maintained and comfortable. We didn't book with food so don't know about the quality of food they provide but have heard they have a collab with a restaurant nearby for the same. But the main problem is with water. They don't have water purifier and provide municipal water viz fine but still not healthy. Overall the stay was good.

Rooms are spacious and washrooms clean. They don't bother about the hygiene of the rooms later. Absolutely no housekeeping was done on the second or third day. No sweeping, mopping or washing the restroom was done.

A decent property situated in nice locality in West Marredpalli. Suitable for short stays. Had stayed for 2 days. Not sure if there is a place to dine. They served food to the room when asked. They did not offer complementary breakfast though. Anyway food was good. They had charged ₹200/- extra per night. Be careful if you don't book it online. Room is just reasonably sized. They haven't taught the etiquettes to their staff. They don't have the habit of ringing the door bell or knocking the door. They simply try to open the door. When I pointed this out, I could see some change. One can't prevent water entering into the room while having shower. Toilet seat was found misaligned. They don't seem to have a way for room cleaning if you take room key with you while going out. Anyway, we could sleep well after tiring day trips. So I would say the stay was OK.

1. This hotel is ideal for a group of people. ||2. Not all rooms are of the same size even if you end up paying the same amount for them. Please note this and select your rooms much beforehand to avoid heartburns in case of comparison making relatives.||3. This hotel is adjacent to a good Chinese hotel which we, however, chose not to visit as we were having meals.||4. The hotel has places on the backside of the hotel for us to visit such as Ratnadeep Super Market, Reliance Digital and a Lakme Beauty Salon.||5. The bathroom had hot water available round the clock. Enough plug points for charging were available.

The location of hotel is very close to Secunderabad bus stand and railway station. The manager was really helpful and helped us in many ways starting from giving directions, arranging food to giving change when it was needed. The room was clean and neat. Overall a good experience. I am reducing one star as they charged price higher than MRP for water bottle.
