OYO 84736 Ramya Inn

Room was very neat. Well maintained. Even the bathroom was very neat. We stayed only 1 night here. We were 4 members and it was having 2 beds which was sufficient for us.

Conclusion: Room charge wont worth more than 1800 rupees ...if u booking for more than 1800 means u paying more price.. Pros and Cons Cons : 1) Never book hotel through OYO.... Reason: 1) When iam booking room in Ramya Inn, i called to OYO customer care for more details and Price...they mentioned price per room is 3200 then i asked price on oyo portal is 2700 why you asking then customer care person said data on portal is not refreshed even if you pay 2700 on portal again u needs to pay 500 extra at hotel.... I didnt understand how can they say this.. as i booked 4 rooms, i booked on portal for 2700 2) After going to hotel, hotel people didnt allowed me to checkin as iam mentioned 1 guest per room where as we are 2 adults 2 kids per room... As per our booking they said that they allow only 1 person per room... Basically i misunderstood what is mentioned on portal...I thought guests means additional to 2 adults/2 kids as it is norm for hotel... Now hotel people asked me to call back to customer care and adjust.. I called to customer care, they kept us on hold for 15- mins and disconnecting... Finally, i paid additional amount to hotel people and checked in.. Highly dis-satisfied with OYO.... Never and ever book through OYO... Coming to hotel 1) There is no lift & steps are steep so wont suitable for old people..rooms are from 1st floor so everybody has to take steps 2) Very small hotel 3) No windows in rooms Pros: 1) Rooms & Toilets are clean 2)Location is advantageous being near to Ashoka restaurants & temples like 1000 pillar temple & Badrakalli temple

Indoor Facilities are ok but lift and parking facility is not available, rest of them all is well, good management Price is huge for this property

Excellent hotel, only problem is with booking system. I reserved 3 occupancy, where as hotel has only two occupancy rooms. Not even extra beds

parking is a little issue other than that non fussy hotel with good service
