Room service is not at all good. The bed sheets and pillow covers are not good and not clean at all. When I asked them to change them, they simply said that the extra laundry is not available and asked me to adjust. How can they ask a customer to adjust and sleep with those dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. My honest opinion is not to book a room again in this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and we had a very disturbing experience. My 10-year-old son turned on the TV in our room, and to our horror, explicit and abusive content started playing. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a place that claims to be family-friendly. There were no parental controls in place, and it seems like anyone could easily access this kind of content. We were deeply disappointed and shocked that the hotel does not take measures to prevent this type of inappropriate material from being available, particularly in a room meant for families. This experience completely ruined our stay, and I am very concerned about the lack of responsibility from the management. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses this issue immediately so other families do not have to go through such a disturbing situation.

Very Bad Room Service, No dental and Soap arrangements. No complimentary Water. Overall just stay only available.

too small rooms,room is smoke smelly also active smoking in most of rooms smoke smell through out night also, vey small walk way will hit on others . no kettle in rooms they give u one bottle of water thats it. will not be suitable for family people, may be useful for those who wants to have a weekend booze and smoke, or for couples whos primary intention is not comfort stay and something else.

Very bad experience with the Management. Without informing, the Management allots the reserved rooms to the new customer who walk in by ditching the customer who reserves the room by paying advance amount for little extra amount. Even their online booking agent is helpless in resolving such issue. Moreover no refund of advance amount. Too bad experience with Management personnel who speaks carelessly.

Do not book. Fake reviews here. Bad reception staff. No proper communication. Denied early check-in even after paying early check-in charges. Very bad experience with management and overall experience. We cancelled the room and booked in different hotel.

Worst staff you will ever find. They will not co-operate with you. They will ask for extra charges for checkin but they don't have new bedsheets nor towels. At last they will cancel your booking just before checking in. Do not visit this property.

The hotel atmosphere is very good.And the receptionist also received very kindly.The hotel rooms are very nice and clean . I will give 5 star rating to this hotel.
