OYO Hotel Crystal

There is no service provide by hotel staff. even they don't come to guest room to give water.. Room cleanliness is average bedsheets and pillows are have some holes.. But the room price was high. how can they collect the large amount from guests I don't know

Worst room in my entire life till today .worst worst room ever .I got 105 room number ,I think they are using it as a store room. No proper water, No room cleaning since a decade,spiderwebs everywhere. Don't go to this hotel ,if you do,you are going to regret it like I did.

This hotel is very Pathetic with Worst Service honestly. The TV is Show piece, the channels were not showing up, even after I reminded the Manager 4-5 times. The Bathroom is very small, where a person can really feel suffocation. The Basin was not clean. Their were Blood Stains in the Bedsheet, and the management didn't even care to change that after asking for several times. Even the Bedsheet were Torn. We've booked Room with Complimentary Breakfast, but the Hotel denied to give Breakfast. Never come to this hotel, better search for a Good Hotel, Offline.

I booked the hotel through goibibo website. However, when reached hotel at 8:15 PM (my preferred check-in time) the receptionist refused to let me check-in. Receptionist was not satisfied with the tariff and also had old payment issues with OYO and goibibo. I called to customer support immediately (OYO number given on the pay slip). Later, customer support representative also talked to receptionist, however the receptionist did not agree to let me check-in. Customer support engaged me over phone for about 1.5 hr in vain, despite my request to cancel the booking and refund completely. I had an interview the next morning, therefore booked the same hotel at much higher price (due to night time and being new to the place). The hotel room was good and spacious, however the bath room was very small. The hotel provided drinking water in an old Kinley bottle (which I came to know in the morning, as it was not sealed and taste was strange). Thus, putting the health and hygiene at risk. Ground floor of the hotel had a big bar, thus one should think twice before booking it when with family. Overall , I had a very bad experience. After, completing the trip I lodged an official complaint with goibibo and requested for refund. thankfully, they refunded the money after confirming with the hotel.

There is no genuine people at hotel reception. Yesterday I have booked room through OYO app. At reception they asked me to check in with direct hotel booking for OYO room amount. Also they have cancelled my OYO booking. Even hotel rooms also not cleaned, there are many stains over there. This is my worst experience first time facing with OYO hotel.

Stay away from this LODGE! We booked through Booking.com . Room is filthy , bed sheets dirty. There is dust all over. The receptionist was rude. A group booking with us was asked to pay 60k to checkin. This comes under OYO fraud group. Cheating people. If you call OYO they dont help. Just drop the call. OYO should be sued. Unfortunately we had come for an event and it took us half a day to find another hotel worth staying. This is not a hotel. It's a cheap lodge. Stay at ur own risk. Its located in a market area .No parking .No places to ear around.

I booked the hotel from Goibibo and done payment online. On reaching hotel at 9pm they denied check-in because they want to give it at higher tariff. As their is bar nearby they expect higher price. And they want money in cash. Even Goibibo and Oyo customer care are helpless doing nothing just trying to refund payment back and booking another hotel. This is fraud at part of hotel owner and online agents like Oyo and Goibibo. No use of advance bookings like this.

Try at your own risk. Zero cleanliness and non courteous staffs. No parking available and no proper reply on any of your queries. The rates might fluctuate depending on the way you talk. Even if you book on Oyo the hotel staff's doesn't really care and they try to make you book directly from the hotel. Please stay away.
