Rooms are good. But the bathrooms are small and my bathroom door was broken. Booked from it oyo but they refused to give me room on online rate and had to pay 400 extra per day. Rooms are not that great according to pricing. Hotel is on 2nd floor of the building and lift didn't work. Book only if it's last choice.

The worst place to stay. They are just baiting the customers who are looking to book a room a low price via online. but after reaching the lodge they just simply modify your reservation and demand for extra money to check-in. They are there just to rob the customers. Don't how Oyo is still allowing them to do the business. My worst experience in Oyo so far. Pls do not book this place.

The worst experience in hotel booking I ever had. I've booked using Oyo for the first time. It turned out to be the worst. The hotel just bait people to book their lodge showing low price in the app. But after reaching the place they just simply modify your reservation and demand some extra money. I've made a reservation for 2 but the property modified it into 1 and there is not intimation regarding this neither for OYO nor the hotel. The OYO customer care also not in favour of the customer. Never going to book a hotel from OYO. Pls avoid this lodge while booking. "Balaji Residency" 🗣️thu🤮

Denied check-in after reaching the hotel when booked through OYO. Asked for additional amount initially and then they won't allow just because we have called OYO for the resolution of the check-in issue. Very poor experience. This is not the way to treat the guests/customers.

I could have given zero rating but there's no such option available. We booked the room priorly through online and after reaching the location, they denied to give room and has asked extra money which is double of the actual room rent. Worst experience.

Hotel surrounding is very clumsy. Everything you need to demand from the hotel staff for example.. water, towel, cleaning, wifi etc.... Major flaw is no restaurant attached to this hotel. You need to order via swigy or zomato. Sometimes hot water supply will cut off during bath. Surely not recommended for business traveller...

The place is near to railway station. Looks small outside. But the rooms are big. It doesn't have stairs. There's only a small lift to go up. I feel it lil expensive. I am not happy with the service. Other things are all ok.
