Very pathetic and seedy place. Rooms are full of mosquitoes. No basic amenities in rooms. Located next to a railway track, no wonder it is located in a area full of filth. There's no parking even for a bike. Avoid this place

The hotel rooms are good but the only issue is that you have to talk smartly with the staff, usually he demands double the amount for each room for any tourist, so please be careful. During my visit they firstly said that each room is priced at Rs 2000/- per night but later on we bought it down to Rs 1000/- by checking room prices at other nearby hotels and bargaining. Wifi can be an issue for rooms which are far off from the reception. Outside foods are allowed inside the rooms and you can get good food stalls nearby. Another issue is that in some cases the rooms have a window towards the corridor which can be a privacy issue as the curtain for the window is outside the room. But this is only for a few rooms only in other rooms that might not be the case.

Scammers, Waste of Money Harsh behaviour of staff, charges extra amount even if you already paid, I tried to get refund from customer care, but it is not easy. Please don't prefer this property

Long distance from warangal bus station and Warangal Railway station. Nice rooms in budget friendly.
