Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Hotel Areeba at All Costs This was by far the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff at Hotel Areeba were not just unprofessional—they were blatantly corrupt. They accepted a ₹500 bribe from another customer and gave away a room that should have been ours, even though we had arrived hours earlier. This level of dishonesty is completely unacceptable. To make things even worse, at 1:30 AM, while my wife and I were stranded in an unfamiliar city, the staff kept pressuring us to book a room at their other substandard property, The Golden Taj. This was not only unethical but downright inhumane. Who tries to exploit customers in such a vulnerable situation? The facilities at the hotel are mediocre at best, but the staff’s behavior completely overshadows any redeeming qualities this place might have had. Their lack of basic decency, professionalism, and ethics makes this hotel a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible. This hotel does not care about its customers and will go to any lengths to exploit them. A truly pathetic excuse for a hotel.

Well to respond to your response here since your English is so pathetic that you should either learn it or better answer it in Hindi. Coming to the points you mentioned very badly that we didn't had money to afford your low grade hotel? Dude, first learn to talk professionally. That's how your customer service is, you don't know how to talk to a customer. I came to your hotel in the night around 11 PM which was too late for us. Also, yes we did explore the city and why not and what's wrong with it? But the way to talk to your customer is shamelessly bad. I really wish your hotel closes soon since it's as pathetic as the way you talk to customer and for the people who are reading this can see the reply from the owner (If available in future or else I will mention here in photo). That's the way he talk to a customer who has given a feedback which he really deserved. I don't want to use any bad words here but you deserve way better than this. Aur Han customer se tameez se baat krna seekh.. tere jaise driver rkhta hu mai smjha.. agli baar tameez se reply krio vrna gaali khaega sidha..

I liked the location of this hotel the most and the service is also fast, staff behaviour is also good, all showrooms are nearby of the Hotel Thank for hotel reception staff day staff

Never book this hotel, can't sleep whole night.. The AC was sounding like generator.. The rooms glasses of windows were broken.. Zero facilities.. No amenities.. The linen were pathetic and very dirty. Inhuman conditions .
