Hotel City Star - Agra

The rooms don't have Solar water. The electric water heater doesn't work either. They don't provide the bathroom slippers. The room didn't have any towels when we checked in. It took 2 hrs to provide the towels. The quality of towels was so bad that it could rub out the skin. The electric water heater wasn't replaced even after a day of complaints.

This place is elegant with an awesome vibes. I went for Dinner and the food was amazing. The service was speedy and friendly. Their ambience are absolutely incredible! This lone visit has made this one of my favourite spots within one time.Outstanding meal here. I had lot of fun with some dance and my friends also enjoyed . The staff does an amazing job of describing anything on the menu and the ambiance is very cool. Can’t wait to come back! THANK YOU gaurav Sharma ☺️

Stayed in this hotel with my friends and family and I mean it when I say that this hotel has become one of my favourite now. One the best part is its prime location. Main tourist spots of agra is within the radius of 3 kms from this hotel, both the main railway stations are nearby, market and all the famous eatery are on walking distance. Hotel has its own rooftop cafe, believe me when I say the food is delicious. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The ambience was elegant and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout. As for the room, it was spacious, well-appointed, and offered every comfort imaginable. The property located near Tajmahal and has good location . TAJ East Gate Metro station is just at walking distance . The staff is friendly and helpful . Very quick room service. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The food quality is also good . The property has a rooftop restaurant with great ambience. Overall property is good for a comfortable stay .

Comfortable and clean rooms equipped with all modern amenities. In room dining services are good and the food served is quite delicious and tasty. And the location of the hotel is at the city centre and is very accessible from everywhere in Agra.

The stay at hotel City Star was amazing. My family enjoyed comfortable stay at this good property. Best part is that it is very near to Taj mahal. I would recommend everyone to visit this property. Supportive staff and excellent. Special thanks GM Gaurav sharma

A Classic Evening at this Property Made Our day special with all my freinds.... Food is awesome and the Environment friendly for all age Groups...
