Hotel Viren Residency Agra

The worst 👎experience I never seen such kind of a hotel and people. It's only for unmarried people for physical activity. But not recommended to family and others.. Including lovers also it's not safe.No food🍲& transportation🚇🚍🚋 available from the hostel need to book cab or have own transportation to go out. No staff or other people will help in case of Emergency..

Very poor room one can find in agra , these people run the business in the name of a popular hotel franchise other than that nothing in the rooms . The rooms are untidy the bedsheets are in dark yellow coloured if i asked to change them the attendants told that the laundry wala is not available so please adjust. And the plug point was broke fan, hot water was not available more than that this place is not easily reached. They just want money for everything and not ready to provide anything. As a backpacker from my heart i felt this the only place I ever disliked in entire India i have traveled . I highly won't recommend this place to anyone

This hotel, booked via Cleartrip.com, looked to be a great deal. We got a double room with ensuite and cable TV (with several English language movie channels) for only 285 rupees a night. ||||However as soon as we arrived it was clear we had made an error. The hotel sits by itself down a dirt road, in waste ground. The bathroom was only a squat toilet, the TV didn't work, and the bedsheet was ripped and dirty. After some complaining we we given another room with a Western toilet and a working TV. However these sheets were also dirty, so we found a clean blanket in another room and slept on that.||||At our time of leaving two days later, the sheets in our original room had still not been changed. We were able to check this since the hotel fluctuates between fully booked and empty. It seems to exist to serve Indian tour groups on whistle stop tours of Agra. On the morning we arrived a coach load of Indian men were checking out and later that night another coach load arrived only to check out the next afternoon. It's probably fine for that purpose as they seemingly don't mind dirty sheets and the isolation of the hotel is also presumably not an issue. Whereas for us it cost 100 rupees one-way in Auto Rickshaw fees to get to to Taj Mahal or Agra Fort or the bus station, big tours have door-to-door transport all built in. However, for regular and/or Western tourists I would not recommend this hotel.

it is situated at 1.5 km from taj. I hired the 2 room for 5 adults at 1800rs. the rooms were clean, and staff was good. the food was also good. the parking facility was not available, you have to park your vehicle outside the hotel at your own risk

Although it is looking very clean, water overflew from the bathroom to the floor of bed when i had bath. not proper drainage. It is located in the residential area.

Room service is too bad not even hot water or soap facility is been provide throw the management. Lack of cleanliness and doesn't even change pillow cover and bed sheets. Can't recommend for stay its total waste of money and relaxation.

It is a good resident to stay, with in budget good service provided. Rooms quality is also good. Parking facilities available here. Behavior of the staff is also good. Nice to stay with family. Located nearby tajmahal. Also good to stay for night. Suggested to stay here whenever visiting agra or tajmahal with family and friends.

although we did only pay 400 rps a night, this hotel was disgusting, there were dried blood stain on the headboard, dirty bedsheets and pillows, and dirty toilet!they have no pride in their hotel, the staff hardly spoke any english and it was in the middle of nowhere. we felt unsafe although we didnt have any problems there!since then we have stayed in much more pleasant accomodation for the same price
