Very terrible experience, staff is very bad, we settle at 2300 but at the check out time they took 2400, the owner is very greedy, pls I suggest don't prefer this hotel

Unclean bedroom and floor, no hot water, no TV, towels not provided, used and dirty bedsheets, overpriced. The manager will deceive you while appearing nice.

Had a very worst experience of staying, The room was not clean The used bedsheets and linen are provided. Bathroom and toilet are not maintained Toilet was stinking Taps are leaking Floor was not cleaned TV was not working AC was not working Hot water not available Overpriced for the worst fecility Once paid , nobody is available to hear your greivances Holiday booking apps are promoting without cross checking the fecilities Food is not available nearby.

Very unprofessional as just a day before they send us the message to cancel our reservation and asked us to book some other hotel. When asked the reason, very rudely said that they don’t have any rooms available? Which is strange because when we booked the room, we got the confirmation of successfully being booked. I would like every body to be beware of this hotel as you might end up like our situation without any rooms.

Very bad experience, service is very bad, staff is rude, place is unsafe, not clean at all, also someone tried to break the door lock and enter our room at late night when we were sleeping. Phone not working in room to call for help. Hotel staff didn’t do anything about it. Also overcharges for everything and can’t provide bill. Very unsafe, scary and unsatisfactory

They have named it as hotel, but this is only used for smaller functions like a banquets. People from nearby villages they do arrangements of engagement and other small marriage programs. So, don't get confused if you are trying to book a room here. No No it is not like the usual hotel.
