I want to start by saying that the young staff at this hotel were helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their positive attitude was one of the few highlights of our stay.||Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was bad. The rooms were not clean — we noticed dust, neglect space and bad odor. The rooftop area with the pool looked completely neglected too. It’s really pitty because it has potential to be a relaxing space.||Another issue was with the pricing of products. The hotel charged extra for items that had a clearly marked MRP (Maximum Retail Price), without informing guests in advance. In my opinion it’s really unfair. ||I would not stay here again.

This hotel was a disappointment. The room was dark and gloomy. The shower was cold. No hot water! The rooftop pool had scum. Of my two week trip to India and Bhutan, it was the worst lodging we had on the whole trip. The only positive thing I can say was the room was quiet.

Excellent hotel in Agra. Stayed for two days. Rooms are excellent with good complimentary breakfast. Management of the hotel gives an excellent support and services to the consumer like organising autos or cabs. They gave us flexibility to stay for 3 hours extra with out charges

Young staff at the reception and restaurant were very helpful and went out of their way to serve. ||Bed was ok however the room was not clean. Dust on the table, dirt near the bed head.||Rooftop is in bad condition, as if the pictures were taken ages ago and nobody took care of it since. Garbage on the floor.||Last thing which really left a bitter feel to the whole experience : Manager at reception charges us 80 RIN for a Coke. When I told him the MRP written on the package was 40 (MRP is maximum price you can pay for given packaged good) he said that this did not include additional tax. 80 RIN for a prodct that costs 40, thats a tax of 100%...||When I confronted him, he gave the money back. Don’t bow when faces Ith those scams.

Rooms are good. Service and food is also good. For relaxing, small swimming pool is enough especially when it is on roof top. Only geyser is not available for bath.

Very high standards. Wonderful pool to escape the heat. It is a place to take time and rest. As backpackers we needed it after many days around and were satisfied in every way. The buffet dinner is varied and excellent. The staff, from welcoming Gino to every single employee, is helpful and smiling. Mr. Archit followed us for meals with courtesy and professionalism.

Very clean and with fantastic service. All the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. They had a guard at the entrance so very safe for any kind of travelers . The breakfast food is also tasty and the surrounding area is clean.
