Hotel Taj Sarovar

This is not regarding rooms but dining experience, we ordered a chicken biriyani but what got was a flavourless oiled rice. They don't serve water, it's a compulsory water bottle buy it or choke yourself is the mandate. Complete Scam Over priced.

Excellent service. With us not being a local one of the guys here took us out and about. He took us to the hair salon, shopping and got us subway! Also the tea here was A+. Thank you to the whole staff for making our family of 12 feel welcomed and comfortable.

The food quality has gone downhill, and the service is just as bad. One of the staff members deliberately poured lassi into a used glass and served it to us after we asked for a fresh one. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Food is not all Good, very bad food. Rates are very higher. Hotel is cheating customers in Thali menu given 4 Roti but giving 4 half pieces Roti in thali. Raita also completely water, No pickle, no Sweets and papad in thali. But Charge is 150. They won't give even extra half cup dal fry for remaining rice.

I am booked this property for first time through online portal Goibibo After make a booking while I reached at Property receptionist are very helpful person and he had enough knowledge how to treat guest also Property are very clean and hygiene room's are very clean and hygiene Also room service like food service also available inside of room smart TV available for purpose of entertainment everyone can enjoy his/ her choice basis So i recommend to everyone for make a booking in this perticular property for purpose of staying at Taj Nagari Agra

Everything is superb here. Rooms are very comfortable and Hygienic. All amenities are placed in proper way. Food is tasty and prices also very reasonable according to service and quality. Location and surroundings are very helpful to all type of travelers. Good choice for Family & Solo Tourists.

The hygiene is worst here. They gave our drink in a unwashed dish right in front of our eyes. Then, when asked about it, they denied it. #idonotrecommend

They have creepy small room for sure to qualify as hotel. But for every other thing like towels, toiletries, remote for ac you need to ask and they may simply and humbly deny it with lame excuses. Even no water is provided in room, if you ask they may provide local mineral water on chargeable basis. Overall its pathetic experience.
