Hotel Ganga Palace

Congested arrangements in room, Very awkward room furniture and fittings. No hooks in Washroom and room to hang clothes. Washroom and pantry items not provided. Arrogant and extremely unprofessional reception and room service staff. Despite having paid full amount in advance, Reception staff - Lady was not providing me invoice for my stay. She was handing over a Debit Voucher to me. After a lot of arguments, explanation and almost quarrel like situation, I was given an ordinary print of bill prepared on MS Excel. Unfortunately, Google doesn't provide option of Zero Star for star rating hence had to give one star.

The food was average and the cleanliness could be quite better. The prices was very high according to the food taste. The location was quite difficult to find.

It was a best experience in this hostel. Rooms are clean and neat . Service also good 👍😊. My family members are happy with this room comfort.

Just an okyish type hotel in this price range...toilet was always wet because toilet flush was broken.. food quality is very bad and costly..service is ok type..
