Grand Sparrow Inn

I have the worst experience ever,bad service,bad staff no arrangement of tables and chair in room for dinner,bedsheet are dirty,TV are not working,AC was noisy,staff are not helpful.overall experience was bad.I will never recommend for this hotel to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sparrow Inn! The place is excellent, with a great ambiance and top-notch service. The staff is very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Bobby, who is extremely kind and well-mannered. His hospitality made our experience even better. Everything from the cleanliness to the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Will definitely visit again!

The experience was fine i visited agra for an event with my grandma But i do like to include some points. : The washrooms are not accommodated with geyers : Soaking mats were not provided : Also our washroom door wasn't working : cleanliness and brooming of floors should be done for the people staying for longer term So the hotel should keep checking for proper functioning

The stay was really awesome and pleasant. The location I would say is best and really peaceful. The staff is quite supportive and cooperative. They also have kitchen facilities where I ordered a lots of food. The food was really up to the mark. I would highly recommend every to stay here as it is quite close to the iconic Taj Mahal as well.

have to pay extra money 400rs while reached to hotel, they said talk to oyo or cancel it. I had no option to book other room, so I pay. Room was not cleaned, smoking and other stuff was there. Water tap was working properly. toilet paper was not there. They were forcing to pay offline. very bad experience. Drinking water was not there.only one bottle.
