U visited this hotel with 3 of my friends and we opened 2 rooms there. The rooms were not well-maintained. Even they are not providing water bottles when I asked for bottle they said Iska charge lgega. And after that 3 more of my friends came at night I asked to open 1 more room and then he said no for 3 people you have to take 2 more rooms jbki in 1 room 2 people stay another room only one people were there I said bhai 2 ek room me single person h 1 Usk sath ho jaayega ur 2 log ek alag room me again he denied he said apko pehle bolna chahiye tha again i said Esa to kisi hotel me nh hota bhai hr koi hotel ek room me 2 person allow krta h even if they have a group of 3 people with same gender every hotel allow those 3 as well in a same room but he denied then I asked for refund k ok if you don’t allow just refund our money I also don’t want to stay then he said ok no problem I will give the room after that next day morning 12 he called and ask for check out I said we will check it out at 2pm if you want to charge extra we will give. Then he continue calling us and if we don’t answer their call they came to our door and ring bell again and again. And one of my friend didn’t look his door and fall asleep they entered their room without his permission and asked to check out very Unprofessional Staff – The staff lacked professionalism and responsiveness. Even they don’t have any staff only 2 people run this one is sitting in the reception and the other person attend customer. Very bad experience I have never experienced that must disturbance throughout the time Slow Service – Response times were extremely delayed. Never book this hotel again

We stayed for 1 Nights and took 2 rooms for 5th June Checkin and 6th June 2025 checkout No extra mattress or bed was given to us despite several requests as we had booked 1 room on triple and 1 room on double occupancy Rooms are small and windows of the rooms were getting opened automatically and out of that lot of mosquitoes were entering room There was no water in the morning and our stay was completely spoiled because of a basic need of water not available in hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel which is managed by OYO with my family, and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations despite being a new property. Poor Room Management – The rooms were not well-maintained. Unprofessional Staff – The staff lacked professionalism and responsiveness. Slow Service – Response times were extremely delayed. Inadequate Amenities – Despite booking for three persons, we were provided with only one water bottle, citing company policy. No Hot Water – Hot water was unavailable due to technical issues, and instead, the staff provided a heating rod. Lack of Toiletries – No basic toiletries were provided. The towels were of poor quality, and only two small, ineffective soaps were given. Non-Functional TV & Internet Issues – The TV was merely a display unit with no operational internet. It relied on Wi-Fi, which didn't connect despite multiple attempts. The staff suggested using our mobile hotspot, raising security concerns. Additionally, we were told to log in with our personal credentials to access apps the next day. Non-Operational Facilities – The property claimed to have certain facilities, but they were not in working condition. Food & Service Delays – The food quality was average, but service was slow. Poor Water Quality – The water was extremely hard and salty, making it unpleasant even for brushing teeth. Overpriced for the Experience – The charges were excessively high compared to the poor facilities and service provided. AC But No Remote – While the room had an AC, the remote was not provided despite multiple requests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids. If there were a rating below 1 star, I would give it.
