This is by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Our original room had a bunch of insects on the floor, which forced us to request a room change. Unfortunately, the new room wasn't much better. The hotel clearly isn't maintaining proper cleanliness standards. There was dirt on the floor, and the towel had an unpleasant smell. I could overlook the towel being old, but it looked dirty as well, which is unacceptable. The pillowcase and bed sheets were also far from clean, with visible holes in the sheets. We were so concerned about the cleanliness of the bed that we couldn’t get a good night’s sleep in either room. This issue persisted in both rooms we stayed in, making our experience extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this hotel fails to meet even the minimum standards.

Excellent hotel, solid four. The rooms have everything you need, including shower sets. The rooms are spacious and bright, with windows. It is located not far from the main attractions (but rather not for a walk), away from the road. The rooms are quiet and clean. The rooms are clean, no insects. The furniture is slightly worn out, but within the framework of hotels in India, this is a really excellent option. The staff is polite and friendly. I definitely recommend it for travel and if I visit Agra again, I will stay here again.

Avoid this hotel at all cost!! Dishonest hotel management!! The information they provide on booking websites is misleading and incorrect. We booked two twin rooms and one double room, but they gave us all double rooms instead. When we requested a change, they informed us that the hotel does not have twin rooms and offered us a spare, substandard bed instead. They refused to refund the extra money we paid for the twin rooms. We asked them to adjust the charges to reflect the three double rooms we actually received, but they refused and said no refunds will be given. We ended up paying approximately 3000 rupees extra for the twin rooms that were never provided. The desk staff wanted to help us but the hotel management told them not to refund anything. The hotel manager was extremely rude, and even the hotel owner was unhelpful and ignored our request completely. When we rang the hotel manager, he told us no money will be refunded and hung up the phone on us. In summary, they are dishonest and unwilling to make adjustments or resolve issues once they have taken your money. Avoid this place at all costs.

We didn't feel comfortable in the room. The walls are humid and looking really old. There was a window but we could not open it. The mirror was dirty and below the toilet it was wet. The rest was clean but due to missing window and this humidity from the walls the room was smelling a bit and the air was not nice. The employees were friendly but not really motivated. For the room we had, it was definitely to expensive. We paid 60€ for one night, for a room we didn't feel comfortable. In the night there was loud music from the reception for like half an hour. Everywhere there is an electric thing on the ceiling to kill flies or mosquitoes. It is so loud and is disturbing while sleeping. The breakfast has a really small amount of food. The tables are not cleaned properly and really slowly. The employees are not really talking and seem unmotivated. In the middle of the breakfast the electricity was gone for 5 minutes, so we had breakfast in the dark. The good thing is, that it's close to Taj Mahal Bit still I can't recommend this hotel. I can't understand how people can give good reviews so they have 4,4 stars as average.

Budget hotel with compromised/limited breakfast buffet. Not advisable or recommendable for the business travellers. Not worth value for the money and does not match at all the standards of Royal Orchid Group of Hotels. Pros: Size of the Room is big. Reception or Front desk staff is approachable. Cons: Location which is at a dead end of a road with no accessibilities to nearby shops. Even local people are not aware of this hotel. Rooms though size is big but with no ventilation or windows. Services very poor. Housekeeping services staff do not respond at any point of the time. Water provided in room is also not bottled water. Did not refill the basics items like tea and coffee pouches even informing and showing them physically. Breakfast buffet layout is also very compromised with the staffs pushing to go ahead with few regular option.

This hotel had good decent food and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The people were plesent and helpful. The shower water was not so hot as to our liking. It was only warm.

Great value for money and rooms really comfy!!!! seriously the rooms were even better then expectation. staff were very friendly and eager to please. and also the food was well priced and tasty. I will surely visit here again 😊😊

We checked in at night and they had made us sit down for over half an hour before giving us our key cards. Once we entered our rooms, there were insects all over the floor in the bathroom, the shower gel was where the hand soap was meant to be and vice versa for the hand soap. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, damp and smelt moist and unwashed. The bed side lamp was also broken. When I looked out through my window, there was a broken sewerage line and construction site tools within an enclosed area. The view was horrible. At breakfast, the staff were not friendly at all and kept staring. The hotel is also located very far away from the famous tourist attraction— Taj Mahal. I wouldn’t go here again and don’t recommend it to anyone else!
