Hotel Aicon Palace

Why you should not book this hotel.. When guest has an booking id , prepayment done, confirmation mail , then I am not able to understand how one can know that hotel has confirmed or not. You people are cheating people . When you are saying sir now we have only costly room available. Whatever you have booked that is already occupied has already filled. It simple means you are fooling people by demanding more money at run time. Pls ,pls donot go there guys if you like peaceful journey.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Half the rooms we tried were dirty and used, and the ones we settled for were hardly better. There was day old food and trash scattered about the hallways. The staff was incredibly unhelpful, they slept on the couches in the lobby, and those of the staff lucky enough slept in the hotel office. We asked for another blanket, and they had to take one from one of the dirty rooms! We asked for 6 towels for our group, and we only received 2 towels, one of which had strange stains. Speaking of strange stains, the pillows and sheets had weird stains as well! There were sirens and strange sounds all night long. The bathroom was dirty and gross, with no toilet paper, and no hot water. The building was freezing cold, and didn't seem to get any warmer as time went on. I recommend for the safety of yourself, your family, and your friends, that you never give second thought to spending any amount of time at this place!

If you are going to appear in any examination at a center in Agra, then don't book this hotel as they refuse to provide a room even after having prepaid booking, done long time ago. They even don't acknowledge the booking on the day of exam. They also ask for more money to give room. As this hotel is far away from other hotels & no means of transportation during night, students have no choice other than paying more money to stay. Very rude behaviour of the staff, they are just playing with the future of the students.

It's in the outskirts of Agra so it can seem far of, and it looks to be a little remote. However, once you enter the place it seems OK, if you're there to just spend the night or so. Food was also OK and seemed homemade without too much fancyness. Slight hiccups in service were there. In short, the place was mediocre and nothing more should be expected for the price.

Location of hotel is good near tajmahal hardly 10 minutes.clean and pretty room with free wifi.stayed 1 day in march 2020.I Suggest u to select this hotel for stay.nice hotel in budget range,value for money.

It is situated in a suburban area and with not a better connection with the main city. although the interior was pretty well and a very good place if you are attending a wedding of nearby wedding halls.

Far from main city ie Agra tourists spots. Nearby now no building, parking may be problem after adjacent construction. However good for no option.

Hotel was terrible , not having even the basic facilities. No parking space was available and the rooms were dirty and full of lizards and insects. Food was horrible and staff was unhelpful. DIFFICULT TO LOCATE AS WELL. I advise never to stay here.
