Hotel Olive Tree

Poorly maintained , do not drink water from there it is not good. They didn't provide a key for the rooms and they provided another room which was not even clean I don't believe the photos they uploaded.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. No towels or loo roll provided and told couldn’t have any until the morning, Bed sheets stained and dirty with hair in the bed. Bathroom absolutely filthy, no hot water and shower not working! Our bathroom bin contained an unpleasant brown liquid!!!!! |We had 2 rooms booked and both the same standard and issues so not an isolated problem!

Do not trust the positive reviews. It's either bought or from the time the hotel was new. Rooms were really bad. Beds , sheets and pillows were not clean. Bad bathroom. No lock for room. Too much noise at night from the hotel staff partying. Not family friendly.

Very cheap and nonsense coordination , hotel person is lier he didn't even tell his name to travel agents. We booked this hotel for our guest for Dec one room double sharing we booked it one month before he said please pay advance we paid advance 30% on the day of check-in he told that pay full amount before your guest reach agra otherwise I am giving this room to someone else we paid the whole amount. I will attach the video of the room how the room was very cheap person he is not picking the call not reverting on whatsapp He is a fraud I request all travel agents and guests please don't book this nonsense hotel

Stayed for two nights with family.The Hotel ls location n easily accessible. Staff r very cooperative n gentle. Rooms and wash basin both are clean enjoy the trip

Nice stay, very courteous staff. Very Reasonable stay at prime location with good food options. Clean and spacious rooms, Well managed and organized. Well maintained. Everything is available nearby.
