Hotel Aicon Palace

Location is in very far in gullies..rooms are ok but services aren't ok..no one present in reception..no staff for room cleaning available.

This place is frequented by drivers of taxi. They have ruined this place. Location is way down the lane.. Roads are a mess. Owner is good. Staff are pathetic..

Why you should not book this hotel.. When guest has an booking id , prepayment done, confirmation mail , then I am not able to understand how one can know that hotel has confirmed or not. You people are cheating people . When you are saying sir now we have only costly room available. Whatever you have booked that is already occupied has already filled. It simple means you are fooling people by demanding more money at run time. Pls ,pls donot go there guys if you like peaceful journey.

If you are going to appear in any examination at a center in Agra, then don't book this hotel as they refuse to provide a room even after having prepaid booking, done long time ago. They even don't acknowledge the booking on the day of exam. They also ask for more money to give room. As this hotel is far away from other hotels & no means of transportation during night, students have no choice other than paying more money to stay. Very rude behaviour of the staff, they are just playing with the future of the students.
