Hotel Maple Grand

The hotel is good, always clean, the staff are very polite including the restaurant staff. The only issue is that a lot of their washroom slabs are broken and you can see the joins that are put together, some of the fixtures are broken too. There is never shower gel and shampoo together, its either or.. also they need to upgrade there quality of the liquid that is given in the washroom for bathing. Overall you can ask for anything extra that is required.

Towells and basic items were not provided. Even non smoking rooms were smelling and asked for room freshner but they did not bothered to provide that after agreeing. We had to ask multiple time to get the basic washroom items like soap, brush and paste etc. Rooms were okay though.

It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. One of the standout features of my stay was the food. The menu offered a good variety of options, and everything I tried was full of flavor and presented beautifully. The staff were another highlight. Everyone I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant servers—was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

The room was okay — basic and manageable — but the overall experience was quite disappointing. We stayed for 2 days at ₹1650 per night. The biggest issue was the staff’s rude and unprofessional behavior. Two of our friends came to visit us for just 2 hours, and the hotel charged us an extra ₹1800 without any proper explanation. When we tried to talk to them politely, they were completely disrespectful and uncooperative. There’s absolutely no sense of hospitality here — they only care about money, not their guests. Definitely not recommended.

As a group of 50+ people on a family trip from our office end, We visited Maple grand and stayed overnight there, we had our lunch and breakfast there, the food was good, the service was excellent. The staffs are cordial and very attentive. The rooms are equivalent to the price they offered. Location was also good. Definitely had a great time with our colleagues.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel’s service and professionalism. We clearly informed the staff not to clean our room while we were out, and we did not even leave the keys at the reception. Still, the housekeeping staff entered the room on their own and cleaned it without any permission. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about security and guest respect. Such behaviour is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of basic hospitality ethics. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who values their privacy.

Hotel is 15m away from the Taj Mahal. Room was tidy but there were stains on the bedsheets. We I formed the front desk 3 times to get the fridge replaced but it never happened. We stayed two nights without cold water in the summer season. Receptionist girl was polite and welcoming but her senior guy was dismissive and making excuses like 'all the rooms are booked' when we asked to get the fridge fixed. Experience was not up to the prices they charge.
