Comfortable Stay with a Few Highlights – Worth Considering Stayed at Hotel SNJ TAJ Grand during a short trip to Agra and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short drive from the Taj Mahal, making it a good base for sightseeing. What I Liked: • Rooms were clean and spacious, with modern interiors and comfortable beds. • The staff was courteous and tried their best to accommodate requests. • Room service was prompt, and the food was decent, especially the North Indian dishes. • The rooftop view of the Taj Mahal is a great bonus, especially at sunrise. Areas for Improvement: • The restaurant menu was a bit limited, especially for kids and international travelers. • A few areas like lobby cleanliness and lift maintenance could use more attention. • Check-in was a bit slow, possibly due to peak hours. Overall: A value-for-money option in Agra with a comfortable environment, great location, and friendly staff. Not a luxury stay, but definitely above average for the price. Ideal for families and couples looking for a convenient, hassle-free experience near the Taj.

Had a stay on 5 and 6 march coz of wedding in our family..great experience while staying at this property during these 2 days..marvellous view of Taj Mahal from our room..the interior the design everything was top notch..the Staff, the Food, the FOM everything were good and polite with all of us..will always suggest families and friends to stay there. To SNJ, Lots of love

Recently we booked this hotel for 3 days agra trip, frontdesk guy Aman was very friendly and helpful . Rooms are very clean and big with advance facilities. Breakfast was awsome. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Usually i dint share reviews but here i should. As a frequent traveller i can assure that services you get here are satisfying in this budget. Rooms were very clean.Room service was quick.Dont know much about food here as it was my short stay but Breakfast was Good. Fully recommend property..!!

We stayed in this hotel on our recent visit to Agra. The hotel is around 2.5 kilometers from Taj mahal, and if you are on a car it feels very less. The parking is outdoor.The nearby area is okay okay, but the hotel is nicely made. We booked a Deluxe room, which had nice bedding etc, the room has ample space, but the room had unnecessary furniture, felt like they are trying to fill the space, a big sofa, two chair with a table in the center and two chairs and a table near the working desk in the room. (Which is of course too much seating for a room). Two chairs and a table set with one chair with the working desk should be fine. The charging point of the working desk wasn’t working and there was no lamp too, but the room was properly lit with other light ceiling lights. Their food tasted nice, we ordered chinese food for dinner. The breakfast options were limited, but the taste was nice. It included aloo puri, poha, idli sambhar, boiled eggs and toast etc. A few things are there which imo they really need to work on: The food was just kept and no one was checking is it os hot or not, nobody came or bothered to asked if anyone needed anything.. the puris were like papads and we had to ask for hot ones. We asked for coffee twice thrice and when we were about to leave, they gave us the coffee. The water station (I have also attached a picture) was very dirty, if they can’t give water bottles, I think they can really keep clean glasses and a clean water source. The mayur jug kept there was dirty. To sum it up, the hotel is nice and at this price it is a good deal, but it comes with a few very poor management related things, which are treatable of course.

Very excellent experience… I was bit confused at the first but it was really superb experience.. all the staff is nice, no issue of cleanliness at all .. will again stay there
