Hotel The Taj Vilas Agra

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall, my experience was pleasant but with a few areas for improvement. The location is very convenient, close to local attractions and public transport, which made getting around easy. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The room was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The bed and linens were fresh and cozy, and basic amenities like Wi-Fi, toiletries, and a kettle were provided.

One of the affordable yet luxury hotels located in a very good locality. Breakfast was amazing. Had no issues during my stay. Kudos to the hotel staff for offering exceptional hospitality. Note : There is no pool inside the hotel complex and check out timings are 11 AM and not 12 PM.

A short walk takes you to the "I Love Agra" Selfie Point, making it a well-located choice for travelers. ✅ Location: Easy to find, close to transport & local spots ✅ In-house restaurant & room service: Convenient dining options ✅ Room cleanliness: Rooms were clean & well-kept ✅ Bathroom upkeep: While clean, the flush was not working, indicating maintenance issues The hotel provides a decent short-term stay, especially for those looking for accessibility & basic amenities. While the food was average and some facilities need maintenance, the overall experience remains manageable for a quick visit.

Room was spacious and big enough for 3 people. Food in restaurant is reasonably priced and tasty. Included breakfast was good with variety of options. Live omelette counter you can get omelet as per your taste. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Hotel locations is near to east gate of Taj.. Metro station is at walking distance.. Rooms are spacious and clean,. Service is good.. overall the it's worth the money you spend...

Room was not clean. Smelling cigarettes. Reception, and kitchen staffs are very nice. The main issue are the valet, they come to your room to deliver the suitcase and bug you and do not leave until you dont give them a tip. Not Recommended for when travelling with family. Photo on internet do not reflects real state of the hotel.

I had a great experience staying at the Raj Vilas Hotel in Agra. The location is perfect — very close to the Taj Mahal. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mr. Arora, the hotel owner ensures that guests are comfortable, and the excellent treatment and attention to detail are highly appreciated in the hospitality industry. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra. I

The toiletries of this hotel were extremely disappointing-cheap shampoo that leave my hair dry, soap that barely lathered and lotion that felt like water. The bodywash had an unpleasant chemical smell, making it unusable. For a hotel this standard, I expected much better quality.
