Trident Hotel Agra

We had a great experience at Trident Agra during our family wedding. The property is lovely with lots of greenery. The hotel staff are very warm and hospitable. The property has a lovely quadrangle by the pool which strikes you with its beauty as soon as you enter the hotel lobby. All our guests left feeling very happy.

The property is among lush green lawns and service is good, they made special arrangements for our anniversary and also prepared a cake for us. There are a few things which were missing from the room which was a little disappointing - like bathrobe, shoe cleaner and comb set which was a let down as we paid premium prices for the room. Breakfast was ok on the other hand the wait staff was really good and they were checking on us very frequently if we needed something. They had a huge lawn and sports equipments for kids to keep them engaged along with a garden where you can roam around in the mornings and evenings. Overall a good stay, but a lot of things can be better.

I would like to share my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the front office team, as well as by Roshan from the F&B service. The front office team was incredibly welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing helpful information throughout my stay. Roshan, in particular, went above and beyond with his attentive and friendly service in the F&B department. His professionalism and genuine care made my dining experience truly memorable. It’s clear that the staff here takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Our stay here was fantastic! The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We would like to mention Megh from housekeeping, he did a great job. The food was delicious with a good variety for breakfast and the dinner buffet. The room was spacious with comfortable beds.

I had an extremely pleasant stay with excellent guest services. The staff was warm, kind, and attentive, especially the team at breakfast who offered a wide range of options. Kishan, in particular, was exceptionally courteous and made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

A warm and welcoming luxurious hotel with very happy staff at every place - the reception lobby, bar, restaurant, in-room service...|Sadly, it was only an overnight stay, but I enjoyed every moment of it. The bar served an excellently curated "Old Fashion" and food was delectable at the restaurant. A must re-visit place in Agra.

House keeping service is very good especially Vishesh did very impressive job. Trident view and staff are also very good. Food are also very tasty and staffs are very cooperative. Only lighting in the lawns are very less in the night time. Good stay
