Treebo C1 Taj Nirvana

I have been here for a day. Not a good experience. It stinks a lot in lift rooms. Breakfast is worthless , rooftop restaurant is pathetic with mosquitoes, no hot water, no room service for luggage transfer, plugs ports not working, A/C and fans runs on their own speeds. Not recommended if anyone is looking for booking this hotel. Also toilet seats are broken and Manager is pathetic person there…would not at all suggest to checkin at all, photos show online are completely different from actual property..be aware before checking

The only good the place have is reception area, rest all is shitty. Rooms don’t have proper cleaning, bed sheets are stained, the service is delayed for whole 1 day. Overall if you are planning to stay here I would recommend NOT TO WASTE MONEY HERE

Went for dinner. Food quality was good. Spacious as well. The top view was very good. Will recommend for sure.

We booked the hotel just because of the name- Treebo because had a good experience earlier in other city. But just within half n hour after reaching the hotel, we concluded that we made a wrong decision. Worst facilities, their phone not working, service too slow, FOUND INSECT IN THE BREAKFAST, no hot water, once you order something from your personal phone, either the order will come in 2 hours or it won't come. We have kids with us, they RUINED OUR 2 DAYS TRIP IN A VERY VERY BAD MANNER. Had a horrible experience. Suggestion- Don't book their hotel just by seeing the photos on internet. Reality is totally opposite to what they are showing. Even after multpile complaints in 2 days, they didn't improved anything. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Have used Treebo hotels in Goa, panchgani and they were brilliant with rooms and service, so this time decided to stay in agra in Treebo. I had done booking for 2 days, but I checked out in just 3 hours and the reasons are as follows: 1. The photos and the real room do not match. Leaking walls and windows, old tables and smelly washroom. 2. After a 12 hour journey wanted to have a bath, but no hot water. On the contrary I was adviced to fill the bucket with hot water from kettle. 3. In room phones not working, so for any small request of the reception have to go down 2 floors and inform them. 4. We could not bath as there were no towels available for 2 hours after check in. 5. Water flow in the tap was very slow 6. Entire lobby and corners of our room were filled with water as there was lot of rain on that day. Staff tried to help with whatever limited options they had. Unfortunately it's not a Treebo hotel but a lodge. If your expectations are of a lodge then go for it.

Worst stay, staf can enter the room without knocking the door, you will find unhygine everywhere in every corner of this hotel
