The Taj Angel Home Stay

This hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The staff was incredibly rude, making us feel unwelcome the entire stay. The TV was broken, and the air conditioning barely worked. To make matters worse, the water in the bathroom was muddy, making it impossible to shower or even wash our hands properly. It was a disgusting, uncomfortable experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Avoid this place at all costs; it's an absolute disaster.

I visited agra on 15 th of may 2024..i booked the room through oyo.when i reached the hotel the hotel manager was telling me to cancel the booking and pay the money at hotel.i was not ready to canacel the online booking because that money is non refundable.i told him to provide the room as payed the money online. But he denied me check in. I told him i will make this as an issue .i payed and took another room in near hotel.when i tried to cancel the previous booking and make review it is showing that I already checked in..The hotel manager did the check in without my permission when i left that hotel..i complained in OYO customer care they are telling me to take the same hotel as i checked in there.. oyo is supporting these hotels .. Not the customers..

The worst place to stay. Its better you book a hostel. If you are travelling with family please do not go there.

Bad service oyo se booking krne k baad draama kr rhe ki oyo m issue chal rha hai aur hotel vale cancel krne ko bol rhe h aur double m charge m room de rhe hai

Bad service after booking from Oyo, there is drama that Oyo issue is going on and the hotel valet is asking to cancel and there is double charge for the room.
