Hotel The R S grand

Dirty place with no hot water and bad maintained. Towels were missing and after we have been given some dirty that we had to change. The girl at the reception promised hot water in the morning but no way. She was pulling our legs, not professional at all. During the night there were some people talking very loudly that awakened us in more than one occasion. Avoid this place. Not worth for money.

The R S Grand Hotel Agra was amazing. The service is so nice. This is a new hotel and the hotel so nice. And hope can maintain the same thing forever. Nice place. Room so comfy. Staff so kind and very good to handle customer

The rooms are not clean and not well maintained & so smelly. There is no service we have to request 3 or 4 times to get things done. Each and every room will have some issue Hygiene is 0/5 bedsheet are not even clean.and the room boy will give some lay man excuse for solving our problems.

I’ve worst experience with this hotel, Terrible experience. I stayed for three days for conference there on the day of checkout I just dropped my baggage at reception and went out for shopping, When I came back to hotel to pickup my baggage my trolley bag was not there, I asked for that bag and they just telling me there is no such trolley bag then I asked for see cctv for same on cctv found that they have sent my trolley bag with some another person and that group left for Delhi before 2 hour. So I asked to contact that guest they are just like do yourself your bag . Somehow I contacted driver of that taxi and they asking 2000 rs to pay for giving me MY BAG . And when I asked hotel manager about money that driver asking , manager answered that is not our mistake and manage yourself, this is the worst experience I hve please DO NOT Stay at this hotel not recommended anyways 👍

The hotel seemed nice at first but there was so much noise, we couldn't sleep well. Only one hotel staff was hospitable. I wouldn't go back here

Ek dum bhangar place Staff bekar Manager is worst They replaced our bag in other guest’s car and then they charged 2200 rs under the table to get that bag back to us and for that we have to travel 22 kms more Even though CCTV footage was suggestive that mistake was done by the staff of hotel
