HOTEL TEN SQUARE

Had stayed here between 24-26 Oct with 2 executive rooms being booked. Here's our experience: - Rooms were on the ground floor. - of the 2 rooms, one of them smelt miserable (smell from the drainage and smell of urine on the mattress) and any room fresher was only a temporary measure of avoiding the smell. - in the problematic room, the bed had bed bugs and had miserable time sleeping and hence ended up sitting/sleeping on the chair. We were not provided with any alternate room as their standard response was that rooms were booked. A pathetic experience. Service: cleaning was being done everyday, however, the issue was with the handling. Clean sheets and towels are placed directly on the floor which didn't meet the hygiene standards. They could have been brought in the trolley to change the clean sheets and kept the soiled ones in the laundry basket. The handling was a sheer disappointment. Location: easily approachable to The Taj Mahal. Food : breakfast included in the rooms booked. Breakfast was average. Fruit juice is the fresh ones, so be prepared to load some free sugar as they are from the tetra packs. Food, is very relative and I would voice it as "average".

Booked 3 double bed rooms, everything was good in this hotel. breakfast and dinner was also good. My family was satisfied with the hotel and there services. Tajmahal is near to this hotel. So visited taj mahal on early morning.

One of the best stay we ever had. Rooms are clean , well lit, staff was very prompt Food is amazing, we ate breakfast here. It is very near to Taaj.

It’s great pleasure to stay in this hotel as the service and the facilities provided by the hotel staff is appreciated. We truly enjoyed the stay .The cleanliness and sanitation was too great.The breakfast and the dinner was delicious.
