This review I am updating after consolidated other rooms, Pros: 1. It is a really good hotel and budget-friendly. 2.While booking, I spoke with Mr. Rahul Rajput (Property Owner) — he is a very nice and welcoming person. He was polite, helpful, and made the booking process smooth. Cons: 1. Some rooms getting some type of smell. It disturbance sleep. 2. Bathrooms are okay.

Good Stay, Good Room and Very helpful staff. Very close to Taj Mahal East Gate. Rooms are clean and spacious. Just a few mosquitoes and both the fans has no regulators. The management had taken this note on priority which was good to see.

Very disappointing stay. The room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly, we even found leftover food in the closet, which was disgusting. On the second day they brought us double portions of breakfast for no reason. We didn’t understand why they did it, but later they tried to charge us for it. And my favorite lie from the staff: “the bank terminal isn’t working, you have to pay cash.” The only good thing about this place is that it’s close to the Taj Mahal, but I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Service is not quite good experience, bath rooms should be maintained frequently, felt fungus in room where I stayed 306. The only advantage i found is it is very nearby Tajmahal east side. Why i give upto 3 star not above because the price is paid overcharged for their return in Agra city where most of the services are cheap! Not reasonable price for such room obtained!

We stayed at Hotel Ashoka Palace, Agra in a family room. The room looked quite old, though it appeared to be newly painted. During our stay, the heater switch was not clearly identified, and the reception contact number was not mentioned inside the room, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, our experience was okay, but clearer room information and better maintenance would improve the stay, especially for families. We had requested a car to visit Fatehpur Sikri and Mehtab Bagh, but unfortunately the driver only took us to Fatehpur Sikri and then returned us to the hotel in such a way that no time was left to visit any other places. This affected our sightseeing plan for the day. Better coordination and clearer planning from the driver’s side would greatly improve the experience for guests. been handled better with proper time management.
