Hotel Taj Way

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety. Special mention to the staff – they were extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at Taj Way. The room was comfortable, hot shower, good breakfast, close to the Taj Mahal (you can even walk there if you want), but what I liked the most is the people working there. They were super nice and helped me to arrange a Tuk Tuk for early in the morning. They also spoke to my guide and translated to me what he wanted to tell me cause we had issues communicating. I am really grateful that they helped me with big smiles. I would come back here without a doubt!

Bad experience , first the room i was given didn't even have a window then I was finally given the keys to the room that looked like the one I booked. Thr walls are dirty .... anyways if you just wanna just crush at a place regardless of the rest then yeah it's worth the money as it o my costs 25usd a night But honestly I don't recommand that place. And tooooo noisy outside !!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the stuff was very nice 👌 they deserve a better environment !! I don't recommand this place at all and won't go back even for free . I feel sorry for the receptionist who gave me a gift at the checkout ! Thank you so much

I had a great stay here! The hotel is clean, and the rooms are very nice and well-maintained. The staff is polite, and the location is excellent—easily accessible to cabs, auto-rickshaws, and the Taj Mahal is also nearby.

A nice local hotel, though we left with mixed feelings—probably because the reviews we read beforehand set our expectations a bit too high. Staff: Friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. No complaints here. Room: There are two types—rooms with windows and without. Due to availability, we stayed in both. The room with a window was noticeably better: brighter, more spacious, and the bathroom was larger too. However, both rooms had a musty smell, especially on the bed, and the spring mattresses were too soft for our liking (though the pillows were very comfy). In the second room, the A/C drainage pipe was broken, and water dripped constantly on the bathroom floor, keeping it wet. Wi-Fi: Depends on where you stay. In the windowless room near the router, the connection was excellent. After moving, the internet became weak and unstable—we had to go to the hallway for a decent video call. Breakfast: Tasty, but there’s no dining area—you have to eat in your room. Common Areas: There’s potential here. They have two spots (near reception and on the second floor) that could be turned into great chill or work areas. Right now, they’re underutilized with just a few chairs. Location: Excellent. Overall: It’s a decent place with good potential, but attention to detail and regular maintenance are crucial. Without that, it risks becoming less appealing over time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The tour offered was also excellent, providing a great way to explore the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I checked in at 6 am morning to take some rest because i was driving and took a halt. Correct 10:30 am Staff started knocking on the door to check out, I paid for Full amount, yet they had the audacity to Not even Buffer for even 1 hour extra. I could not even take a bath and refresh myself properly Because of the constant Reminders for Check out. Not recommended.

I cannot recommend this place enough! If you're looking for comfort, this is a place for you. Kind service, clean room with tea, coffee, slippers and hot water in the shower 24h! Nice fresh towels, stable wifi. The place is still being renovated, so it will get even better. The owner is a very chill guy, but you can tell he is also super kind and hard working. He is not pushy and he is not nagging, but striving for improvement. He offered to take us to the bus station for our sleeper bus and waiter until we boarded safaly even though the bus was delayed. We got to spend some time together and he was curious about our feedback about the hotel and asking about our thought on what can be improved. He was very professional and you could see he cares. I very much enjoyed my stay in Agra because of this place. Thank you!
