The hotel was not clean. Sheets were not clean. There were bones of non veg food and cigarette buds lying around. It's ok for just staying the night in a budget. It's not too bad but according to oyo standards we expect better. Staff was polite.

Most worst hotel.. Donot go with other people's review. I booked this hotel for 2 days for my friend.The owner assured me via call he will take care of everything instead he did most horrible things I have ever seen. out of nowhere he cancelled the booking the next day afternoon ,I called him to know about the cancellation he didnt respond.After calling oyo customer care and stating the entire incident the owner responded that it was his mistake and pleaded me to give positive reviews.Ac stopped working, load shedding for several hours at the midnight,the food was cold with no taste. If u donot want to ruin your trip donot ever go to this hotel. I donot want any apology from this hotel instead increase your quality of working donot cheat your customers who trust you and book your hotel.

This hotel is managed by the most lazy, incompetent and outright rude staff. They were not helpful in any way, fought with us over every rupee that was outlined in the voucher from our travel agent, and failed to even be courteous when speaking with us. The staff here ruined our trip to Agra, and the room itself was hardly 1 star. This room had no windows, a smelly bathroom with no hot water. I would not stay at this hotel again and would urge you to avoid the deplorable staff.

Hotel staff takes no responsibility. Services are very bad . I have booked two rooms online but they gave me only one because we are late so they give room to another one . No proper management I don't recommend this hotel to anyone . Plz trust me it is my honest review. No proper water in taps . Even electricity is not there fortwo hours at night

Stay in hotel in between 27 Mar 21 to 28 Mar 21. Experience was very poor. Saltted water in supply and hence can't take bath. Sanitary kit OYO hotels was not provided. Changed room due to electricity failure just in 1 hour of boarding. Second room again was not satisfactory. Intercom was not working. None of rooms have any window etc for ventilation. Bed tea was not provided at 0500hrs as kitchen staff comes after 0800hrs. Not suggested for stay.

The hotel is not under good hands. Not maintained well. Towels and sheets were dirty. No geaser in bathrooms, toilets were dirty and unhygienic. Lift was malfunctioning. Would never book here again.

It is a good deal for the amount of money they charge. And do remember that it is a vegetarian hotel. The room which I got was pretty big and I will equipped adequately however my washroom loo was a little dirty but they cleaned it once I informed.
