Over all experience not so good staff is not cooperative instead of attending issues they just keep disagreeing to your concerns. Only I would accept is food quality is good and staff in dining room is helpful nature polite. Management need to look into room functionality and main issue of room keys get deactivated.

We booked 3 rooms for one night as we were on visit to Taj Mahal with full family. Booking was done by Mystic India Tourism. We faced a lot of issues. Firstly, there's was very limited option for buffet dinner. Colddrinks, Water were charged atleast 2x-3x the MRP prices. The security lock room keys were not working, & staff was not cooperative even after several requests. Everytime we had to call the reception person. There was power cuts 2-3 times at night with no immediate backup, AC did not work on DG. It became difficult to sleep in summer. No toothbrush, tooth paste were provided even after requests. On cleanliness front, as other's have reviewed, we too faced the same issue & had to clean the room again. Please do not fall for reviews, please do check all the reviews before booking.

Had a wonderful time at Hotel the grand Empire. Its located just 1.5 kms from Taj Mahal. The buffet were awesome! Food was very tasty with a huge variety. Loved the infinity pool at the Terrace. The rooms were very clean and the room service was quick as well. Reception team was also courteous, welcoming and helpful.

Poor service staff have no experience. Totally worst hotel to plan a event of 2-3 days. Also there is no to take responsibility of mismanagement and faulty amenities.

Me and my Sr citizen mother staying here in 203 room from yesterday onwarfs. After my mother's bath, when I took my bath it is found that there is one one bath towel in a double bed double occupied room, we managed and requested the reception to give 2 fresh bath towels during the day. After our sight seeing we again requested over intercom. During dinner time requested in person and they told sending. After food I had to go out for a local purchase, i personally asked them to keep 2 towels in our room. While i enquire upon return, they said its been done but in the room it was not there. Then I had to personally reach the reception area to get it done in person. I dont know is this the responsibility and hospitality of a new Lodge in proud city like Agra. My co-tourists experienced worms in their bed sheet. I have the photos with me. Do re-consider before booking rooms here. Dr. Viswanath

Nice hotel to stay at agra with good location and nice view and restaurant. Food is here also very tasty and delicious. Staff is very good and well trained
