HOTEL RIDDHEE SIDDHEE

We checked in directly paying 1700 rs per day for a double family room. We liked the room at first untill it was night. The room is infested with bed bugs and they crawled all over us the entire night. While complaining we didn’t got much from the owner. Major water issues at this hotel. The water was just like water from drainage discoloured black in colour and we were expected to use that since he said that here we get water like this its ground water hence this colour. This doesnt ends here second day water goes off completely and my father had to go down 4 times just to tell him that there is mo water in the taps. After that around 10pm in the night the water went pf completely!!! Why ? Coz the water motor got damaged. We were on our own and they suggested us to move us to backpackers hostel!!! For the rest of the stay. We didnt since we had a lot of luggage with us and we were checking out the next day. They provided us 4 buckets of water and we did our business with that. I literally had to wait to use washroom bcoz of the situation. In my entire life i havnt seen such a horrible stay i have travelled all over India bt this hotel will give me nightmares for some months now. Will never recommend anyone to stay here. Always book your stay after checking reviews and trust those who are taking their precious time out to save you guyz.

New owners have come in and massively improved this stay. Shaan, the new owner, is really friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic, very close to the Taj Mahal and some great places to eat.

Nice people but they are miles away from being a good place to stay. Breakfast was included and they took 25 minutes (not joking) to bring a toast of bread and one coffee... |They do provide money exchange service (74 for a Euro) but the installations were really poorly taken care off. There wasn't toilet paper in the room and when asked, the manager asked me if I wanted him to go and buy some! Hahaha||Never again|

We traveled to Agra for one day to visit Taj Mahal and stayed in this Hotel. The hotel was nicely located near Taj Mahal. The staff of the hotel was courteous and arranged all traveled for local sightseeing in Agra. There was also rooftop restaurant named as Good Friend Cafe. The food was good and we enjoyed the time spent there. The room was clean and upto mark as per budget hotel standard.

Very good experience: in particular the owner of the hotel was so kind and he waited for me at the train station for 3 hours in the middle of the night (between 1:30 am and 4:30 am for the train that was late) and he bring me to the hotel with his motorbike for free. He gave me also some good advices about the time to visit the Taj Mahal and he let me use the room with a late check in without paying any extra.

We arrived at midnight after long drive on express way from Delhi to Agra, the receptionist was extremely rude and unwelcoming to us. It took him 15mins to find the document for me to fill. The room was small, dirty and NO PRIVACY at all (curtain is almost see-through, the stair is right upfront where everyone can see inside the room). There was no pillows, we had to ask the staff and he brought it after 30min. The toilet is horrible, dirtier than public toilet, water leaking everywhere, no hot water. In the morning, while we were sleeping, we kept receiving consistently missed call from the room phone as some one were looking for room to stay. We had to literally go to reception and warn him, all he did say was that remove the wire from the phone. WHAT AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!|For your safety, I warn you to not stay in this hotel.

The location is brilliant, right beside the Taj Mahal within a 5 minute walk from the Hotel. Hotel was good, neat and clean place, Staff is too friendly and helpful. Best experience in Rooftoop Cafe and food was also good....

Worst place to stay, No cleanliness and bed full of bed bugs. No attached restaurant and when you order they would bring out from some restaurant which would be tasteless and cold. Avoid any such places which are nearby TAJ Mahal and go for some other best hotels.
