NillThe hotel is decent but the rooms are too small. The AC was not working and bedsheets were also not changed, only upon request they changed the bedsheet and pillow cover. If you are coming for staying for a day or two its ideal but not more than that.

★★★★This property is located very close to Taj Mahal so location wise it is very good. ||Rooms and bathrooms were good considering the rental charges. Geysers had issues when we stayed there due to some electric fault however hotel staff manage to get us hot water in quick time which was a good thing for us. NillThey doing fraud with customers as showing low prices on oyo app, at the time of check in they refused to provide rooms on booked rates. Charged more than 150% extra for room. Services and amenities like TV, intercom even ac remote was not functional. Delayed service by staff. Finally during check out they requested to give 5 stars, is it possible in this condition .

NillWe booked throught booking website cause looked cheap, but when we arrived there the price was double and they said booking don't reconize the change of price. So we paid double price and we spent there one night. The room was nice but there was no hot water in the bathroom and when i asked about it they ignored the problem, more busy knocking at our door every hour to ask if we wanted something to eat.. really annoyng! Two stars just cause they kept our luggage for all day after check out, so we could have walk..

NillVery bad experience The room was AC but ac was not cooling even temperature was set 16° .when we book the room online the representative told us that room is Ac ,LCD and free parking But all this is fake we park vehicle in road side ,LCD is installed but not working, and more over when we reached hotel manager said that you have booked non AC room .we again call the Customer service for the dispute but this time another representative pick the call and said that you can cancel the booking, but we did not cancel the booking,because there was very hot out side and we were with 3 children, so we decided to pay extra charge for the AC room. So I suggest all visitors please confirm 2-3 times from customers care and record the call for your reference . And if you face the same problem at this hotel don't pay extra and try to book another hotel

NillThis hotel denied to check in booked by OYO due to their internal issues...not thinking about customers... Room quality Bedsheet/Towels: unhygenic with wear and tears and holes Toilet: Pathetic, no toilet seat, available is broken Bathroom: NO HOT WATER FACILITY TV: NO TV.... available is disconnected, without settop box, just for decoration purpose. AC: water dropping inside the room, No remote control for operation, loose plugs causing frequently stopping. Cleanliness: NO CLEANING, previous customers used sanitary pads in bathroom, water bottles, other garbage... SERVICE: Smiling staff but of no use...Not even care to check rooms befor allotment.. More focused on seling their kitchen cooked items than focusing in main hospitality business. Overall experience: Consider only if you do not have any option...
