OYO Hotel Royal Inn

I stayed at this hotel last week. In that time there was heavy electricity problem so that water also not available for usage. After requesting they were running the DG, but AC not working. This hotel location is not suitable for stay family and the safety concern also, because there was no security guards in front of hotel. Not feeling energitic feel. Overall they tried to provide all needful things but not done fully. Staffs are good.

Worst hotel to stay. If there is less than one star option i would have given that. Dirty water. Dirty room.

I have given 2 star less to this hotel is just because their food is pathetic. You can't even finish it. Everything else was just perfect. They must improve their food service. But for now you must eat outside.

Someone I know, had a very bad experience with the front desk staff, whoever the person was he kept harassing her for selfie, then tried to get in her room. People from UTtar Pradesh are never hoing to change.

Everything was great at this hotel.. Amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Good hotel for staying in Agra.This place is very near to Tajmahal..

It's not a good hotel as it was booked via OYO and they denied the Check in. Staff was not cooperative at all as I was with family and complete payment was made in advance. Front desk was not managed by professionals and they didn't follow the ethics of hospitality. I don't wish to visit this bogus property anymore.

Very bad hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Bedsheets and blankets are very dirty. Regular power cuts and no generator back up. Very poor service and staff are very rude. Please don't stay in this hotel.

I wanted to give zero star rating but it was not an option. Moreover the guy at the reception was very rude and unprofessional. He was threatening me. Rooms are very dirty. Never chose this option.
