OYO Hotel Gayatri Palace

Room is basic but very clean. Located about Half km from Taj Mahal. Staff speaks fluent English and helpful. The restaurant is quite nice with good food. Nice vibe and food, has a view of the Taj. The staff quite care about the quality of food and went over to consult the guests' opinions. Budgeted Family Hotel with all basic amenities.

The best place in Agra to stay, it's very reasonable to your pockets and it's very clean and the crowd comes here is very sophisticated. The restaurant is the eye Cather of the place. Beautiful Ambience and very good breakfast. I loved it. Will visit again. Again a nice place to chill out friends and family. Families can also stay here and enjoy all of this

Unhygienic rooms provided by rude and abusive owner. There was no parking facility. No extra bed was provided for third guest. They charged for breakfast even though I already booked room for 3 people with breakfast. At the time of breakfast they said its included as I already booked rooms with breakfast but at the time of checkout, breakfast was included in the bill. Receptionist was rude and started yelling when I asked why are you charging for breakfast. Taste of food was also horrible. Abusive behaviour. Internet connection was accessible only at reception area but not in room. They charged for water bottles. Room was unhygienic and dirty.

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Gayatri Palace during our visit to Agra and we liked it very much! It’s simple but very nice and clean, and walking distance to Taj Mahal, which is great! We knew about that before, but we got surprised when we found out you can actually see the Taj from the hotel’s roof top! It’s really close! We stayed in a double private room, with air conditioning and hot shower. After more than a week travelling through India, we weren’t feeling very well, so we asked a south indian food at the restaurant downstairs, and it was surprisingly good! We didn’t try anything else from there, but we do recommend the place! The staff is great and they make you feel very comfortable. We recommend Hotel Gayatri palace to anyone visiting Agra and the Taj Mahal.

Enjoyed the stay with family group tour , we are from Bangalore Karnataka & few peoples are from Telangana, we reached Hotel at 6 in the evening on 10th Feb and we opt for 6 Rooms with Extra Bed included Meals i.e. Breakfast and Dinner.We stayed for 3 nights, great location, easily accessible to Taj. The people working at the reception are very kind and helpful. We stayed in Double Bedded room and Triple Bedded both were clean and good. AND Special thanks to Restaurant Manager (Inhouse Restaurant "Anjana Restaurant " ) who provide us healthy meals and pleasant snacks for all 3 days, "Speciality South Indian Food" my experience I am giving five out of five and can also consider for my next trip for sure. Keep up the good work !!

Really Disgusting Rooms . Geiser Not Working, No Towels, No Blankets, Every Pipe is leaking in bathroom. They Cut your AC supply every hour saying that electricity went off. They Give five star fake Ratings from your phone saying Sir I have to check your BOOKING ID. Please Avoid this Hotel otherwise you will regret for sure.

Worst experience. I have ordered 3x room and they sad that there will be one king size bed anf one single bed but at the end the staff just provide one mattress only no bedsheets no pillows no blanket. Food rates is not reasonable according to taste and quantity. For room cleaning i have to ask for more than 5 times. So poor customer service and overall at this hotel was horrible.

Total waste of money. Mood spoiled. Dirty rooms, dirty washrooms. Feels like cheated. Don't waste your time here ever.. OYO should not support such hotels and give them their name if they can't keep a check on such hotels. Hotel charged Rs 1000/- for one night and asked full advance which I paid them, after entrying the room I found AC was not working, TV was not operational, gyser was not working. I seriously don't know why OYO supported such properties and cheating their customer.
