Radisson Hotel Agra

Great efficient check in by Vishal who kindly upgraded us to a Taj View room which was a pleasant surprise and it was so lovely to look out the window and see the Taj Mahal. |There is a wonderful roof top bar with Taj view and pool which we sadly did not have time to use. |Eden at the spa was great and I was impressed with the service of treatment. |Food and breakfast and dinner were great and good variety. Chef Arvind was exceptional and despite it being a buffet he made us a couple of special dishes. They were delicious. He was so friendly and you could tell so passionate about food and wanting to please with the food he cooked. Arvind and all the chefs are a real credit to the hotel. |The room and bathroom were great and especially the view. However the toiletries not so much compared to the other Raddison and Hilton’s we stayed in. |Location is excellent. It was only a 10minute drive to Taj Mahal, meaning we could easily go for sunrise and then return to the hotel for breakfast. |Great hotel and would definitely recommending staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at radisson, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the level of hospitality. The food was absolutely fantastic! Every meal I had was flavorful and fresh, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. The restaurant staff were always attentive and quick to ensure everything was just right. The stay itself was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and I had a great night’s sleep. The attention to detail, from the quality of linens to the room's decor, made a big difference in creating a welcoming atmosphere. What truly stood out during my visit was the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay, their genuine care and service made me feel at home. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a memorable stay. The food, accommodations, and staff make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be coming back

An average hotel. I wonder how Radisson lent its brand to the hotel.|1. Portico is cramped up.|2. Lobby is impressive.|3. Reception staff are slow and unwelcoming.|4. The lifts are too small.|5. The washroom is extremely small. Accessories and toiletries are below par.|6. Pillow cover had stain marks. Although it was promptly changed.|7. Roof-top restaurant was full of mosquitos. Otherwise the ambience was good.|8. Limited choice in roof top restaurant menu.|9. The coffee shop staff were unprofessional. Although Harish, Arnab gave good service.|10. Breakfast spread was ordinary and the turn-around time at the live counter was very slow.|11. The hotel staff were over enthusiastic about providing guides. I felt there was a conflict of interest.|12. There was a feeling that the hotel staff were more concerned with the foreign tourists.|The guide Javed Khan from Golden Taj Tours was caring and well behaved. Although not sure whether he had the right information, we enjoyed his company.

Exceeded my expectations. Place is nice, food is nice, rooms are good.. live music during dinner, good shops inside the hotel, location is good as it is super close to the Taj.. But the gold star for me is the service. Beautiful, attentive, friendly, helpful, smiling. Felt really welcome and cared for. Special thanks to Anil and the rest of the butler team. Also to the Housekeeping manager. Will be back when in Agra.

Choose to stay here when we visited Agra for my son’s 1st birthday. Had a very good experince right from the time of booking to checkout. Booking process was made so easy . Rooms super specious and just cant forget to mention about the view of the TAJ from the room. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. I was travelling with infant so was very worried about his food but hotel took care of it very well.|The location of the hotel is amazing. So close to Taj Mahal, you can actually walk down. Its not very far from other attractions too..|The hotel also has a shopping arcade which i feel is so reasonably priced. |The only reason I am not rating it a 5/5 is cos I feel the breakfast and dinner buffet could be a better spread. Rest would recommend this as one of the best hotels go stay with.

I had a great experience at Radisson Agra|They upgraded us to the Taj view room. I decorated the room for my special day. And special thanks to Dhanpal ji for arranging everything at the last moment. You truly made our stay memorable. It was a wonderful experience

Pros:|Close to Taj Mahal. Easy to get in and out. The people running the desk were very quick. Spacious rooms. Rooftop terrace.||Cons:|Didn’t have washcloths in rooms. Bedspread didn’t look great. Very smoky in hallways. Breakfast was very hectic/crowded.

We stayed here for 2 nights as the heritage hotel we had chosen was having maintenance work done. So quite a different experience. We chose to dine at the roof top restaurant the first evening to be plagued with flies and had to use the swimming pool washrooms so literally paddled to the facilities. Staff kindly provided incense sticks to help keep the flies at bay on request. The ground floor restaurant the next evening was a much better experience with a more comprehensive menu on offer. Any meal expenses could not be charged to the room , even the laundry invoice had to be paid in cash and there was no money exchange facility. It is a modern hotel with a view of the Taj in the distance ideal for a 2 night stay.
