Super Hotel O Taj Nagri Near Taj Mahal East Gate formerly Riviera

Hotel staff is Good but condition of room was very poor. Roof fans are not cleaned last two or three years. Walls are roated. Bedsheets are not satisfied. Telephone not working, AC not working. Overall hotel is not satisfied for family or couple stay. Even on the counter when I'm leaving, he says sir show your booking and rating hotel without my knowledge. After sometime I got the the review msg and I'm shocked so I'm written here .

It was a disastrous stay. The room I booked was not available. Then a very dirty and shabby room was offered to me. As I was too late and tired so instead of searching for new hotel I take the room. But within a hour I realised what I have done. - TV was there but no set up box. - Telephone for room service was not working. - AC was there but not working showing some error. Then went down stairs from fourth floor regarding AC complaint as telephone was not working. He said a boy will come but he never came back to room. - Bathroom light was not working doing flickering. - Now come to the most disastrous point of all . When in morning while I was taking bath floor was filled with water as drainage pipe was completely choked. After seeing this my wife and son refused to take bath. How they managed to do tooth brush me and my family knows. - Spider web all around not only on roof and but also on walls. Actually the standard of OYO rooms has fallen to such an extent that they are not at all trust worthy. Room shown in pics while booking never exist. It's like haathi ke dikhane ke daant alag hote hai or khaane ke alag.

Please don't book this hotel waste of money. Bad behaviour from staff. Never trust Oyo reviews. Rooms are of foul smell, dirty bed sheets and pillow covers.

The hotel room and bathroom were not clean at all, and there was a lot of dampness in the room, which caused the smell to seep into all the clothes. The hotel's location is good, and it looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are not good.

Don't go on ratings. Infra is very old, though the staff is very helpful but your stay is more important that is why they don't deserve more than 3 star rating.

The price on booking.com differed from what they charged me, it's not good, two prices should match. A/C was broken for 2 days, many bugs in the room, no toilet paper/bottle water/hot shower. There is only wifi on ground and 1st floor. The room smelled pretty bad. The sheets were old with many holes.

Worst don't book these from overall reviews. No hot water, no restaurant in house , dirty rooms with bed smells. Even ho intercom phone is working. Basic needs of travelers are not fulfill by this people everyone has to order food via Zomato and swiggy. THIS IS KIND OF LOVER QUALITY DORMITORY OR HOURLY HOTEL.

Worst experience ever....A complete nuisance hotel with worst quality of rooms and service....some of the rooms doesn't even have the keys and in some of them there is a total malfunctioning of ACs and Fans....The washrooms are completely dirty and even the door locks are broken in some of the rooms.... Overall it was entirely a horrible experience.....And according to me living in foothpath would be much better than staying in this hotel....I hope no customers book their stay in this hotel further as it would ultimately lead to public harassment....I would have given 0 star if there was an option of the same... Completely exhausted of this stay...They say these rooms as Classic and the pictures very clearly state their say...🤣🤣🤣
