Terrible Experience at OYO Hotel NR Inn - Stay Away! My stay at OYO Hotel NR Inn was terrible. The staff were dirty and unhelpful, and the rooms were equally dirty and unhygienic. I also felt it was unsafe for girls and definitely not couple-friendly. The whole place had bad vibes. I strongly advise everyone to avoid OYO Hotel NR Inn and find a safer, more comfortable place to stay.

Good hotel , friendly staff, Resep. Mr.Sameer Khan is so helpful and polite person. located near Tajmahal Eastern Gate( 1•6km) Nearest metro station Taj East gate (500m) resturant facility is also available.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Agra. Hotel is close to the Taj Mahal but not at walking distance. We booked using Oyo rooms. The rooms we got didn't match the photos from the app. But we didn't raise any concerns at the time so nothing happened. When you check in, it's a good idea to see if the rooms match the pictures and raise a concern if it does not. Our room didn't have a window. Facilities in the room we're decent. But the bathroom had a a water logging problem. The bathroom floor didn't have enough slope for the water to drain. The breakfast was good. They provided enough aloo paratha and dahi to fill us up. On our last day, we had to leave early in the morning. Since breakfast wouldn't be ready by that time, they packed bread and butter for us to have on the way.

Very bad stay and hospitality. They charge 1100 on Oyo but the hotel doesn't have many things for that price, it should be charged below 500. TV channels are limited , food options are limited. House keeping is very poor. I think they don't wash their linens. Bathroom is really bad. Nothing is right in this hotel. Every 1 should avoid Oyo hotels. They are very poor. I would have given negative star, but here not an option.

Nice hotel , friendly staff, located near Tajmahal Eastern Gate( 1-1.5km). For 3 person single room (1king size bed + 1single bed) I paid ₹976 including breakfast which is very good deal. In house resturant facility is also available.

Hotel is only good from outside and in pics. Don't expact much from the service and rooms. Budget hotels.. with a nice location. Situated 1.5 KMS from Taj. Bathroom conditions were not good. If you are looking for just to spend a night over here then it's okay..else not preferable to make any pleasent stay.

We were put in a dirty room with no cleanliness. Even the WC seat was leaking wastewater after flushing. After complaints the another room given to us had another set of problems. The room was too cramped up. The WC seat there was broken and not in place. Worst lodging experience till now. Apparently couldn't give lesser ratings than this.

Pillow covers were dirty, though they changed it upon request. Adjacent bathroom window was linked to our bathroom where we kept getting smoke from the other room. No window so it was clostrophobic. Food service is good and so is the management team. Located very near to the Eastern Gate and the VIP road.
